YOU. ARE. BATMAN. (aka HOW TO BE A MAN according to BATMAN)

In the midst of all the other KZreadrs, I had to make my mark on my favorite superhero of all time: Batman. Yet I had to create a unique spin. Batman is not just someone we watch but rather the idealized version of ourselves. We must realize that we are protectors of our own Gotham, and we are obligated to devote ourselves to higher ideals in order to protect that which we love: our life and our community.

Great video. Excellent recap as to why the Batman is the greatest superhero. He is not born with powers or obtains it through accidental or experimental means. Rather, it is the result of sheer will and determination as a reaction to tragedy. He fights against stronger foes, never giving up. He fights for justice and never loses sight of helping those in need. He is inspirational to those of us who wish to transcend our limits.

The tragedy would be "through accidental means" so idrk where you think you were going with this one,you don't purposefully lose both your parents to get traumatized and if you did then you wouldn't be traumatized you'd be a sociopath which is entirely different.

@Nami1998 I don't know if on your planet an intense journey of preparation qualifies as "accidental," but on planet Earth, this is the result of an intentional decision-making process that never gives up. Batman didn't choose his tragedies but chose to react in a way that helps others instead of wallowing in his pity. That's a lesson we can all learn from. I'm sorry you missed the point. I'll try drawing it in crayon next time to help you.

There's one element that people often miss about Batman, and about men in general. There's an episode of Justice League that takes place in the Batman Beyond period. Amanda Waller is explaining to Terry (the Batman of that period) who Bruce is. She tells him a story about when Ace from the Royal Flush gang took over Gotham. She sent Batman in with a weapon that would kill Ace. But he didn't use it. He recognized that what Ace needed in that moment was comfort, compassion. And so he just sits with her as she dies. Batman is strong, smart, physically adept, skilled in many different areas. But he is also kind, compassionate, empathetic. Without that, it's far too easy to become the toxic version of masculinity that is far too prevalent in society.

Just like Bruce said, Batman should be considered a symbol. So that people like me and you can look up to him and say "It's not impossible to do it". Whoever carries that symbol of justice, the symbol of hope in the face of tragedy, the symbol of Bat forward in their daily life with sheer will is Batman. You are Batman. Become someone whom people want to thank and become a man who replies "and you don't have to".

"The people you help and build up, will eventually be there to help you carry this burden." That statement reminds me of one of ky favorite storytelling tropes: when the people that the hero has helped through theor journey show up at yhe climax/the hero's darkest hour to help THEM achieve victory.

That's the whole point. A kid born with a silver spoon in his mouth knows nothing about the harsh reality of the world. He never knew about sadness, he felt only happiness. always got love and support from his mom and dad. One night at the age of 8 the world opened its monstrous mouth in front of him. nobody's there to support him, Mom and Dad are gone. first time in his life he was alone in that alley, and he felt helplessness, sadness, loneliness, and death. It's almost a Buddha origin story. he abandoned his wealth and life and deep diving into the real world. remember batman begins he's throwing away his credit cards. and running to the darkness. to the real world. when he traveled around the world to learn skills and knowledge he didn't use any of his wealth, he did ordinary jobs. some times he had to steal food from his own company's truck. After 15-plus years of training and experience, he came back to Gotham as Batman/Buddha (an enlightened man). we can definitely call him self-made.

3:40 Or it is like when I was only twelve years old, and I was at a summer camp, and another child tried to drown me because the other child was emotionally disturbed. And I tell you, I tried to report it to those in charge of the camp, but no one had seen that happen, so they did not believe me. Or it is like when my father, a psychotherapist, became very depressed and emotionally unstable -- then suddenly he could not find work, nor could he keep it when he had it, because he was so unhappy he began to argue with his employers. However, when my father had been a young man, his father had conditioned him to believe that if he had no employment, he was absolutely worthless. So my father took his own life.

If someone continually complains about their difficult life, remind them to consider the hardships faced by people like the Palestinian refugees, Chechen homosexuals in death camps, the Rohingya, the Darfuris, North Koreans, and foreign slave laborers abandoned in the United Arab Emirates without a single scrap of food. It's thought-provoking that even Bruce Wayne, despite his fictional challenges, would be the first to acknowledge these situations as more difficult than his own. In some narratives, Wayne even entered North Korea -- without permission -- to study with obscure martial arts experts there.

First of all great video ! But I would like to shar my personnal perspective on lust . First nofap shouldn't be a priority! Most men lack the sexual opportunity to get sex with women. Too much of anything is bad But too little or absence of physical need is dangerous. We know that most single men under 30 years old are either virgins or sexless. I would like that we teach young men how to get women first (the discipline required such as working on yourself to become attractive is part of the journey). We have the illusion that most men are having alot of sex but it's not true. Infact girls are aving wat more sex than girls .that's my thoughts No fap . 11:00 I would say that lust creates Simps mostly ,It doesn't manke men treat women poorly "for the most part "! Men have a biological instinct to protect women. It is an instinct for men to give their lives away for the women (titanic). Simps will betray their friends for women or do anything a woman asks. It is so easy for men to give undeserving women the best treatment. For me that's the most powerful and common effect of Lust. In fact men without an abondance midset or sexually deprived are the most dangerous ! A virgin with no sex will more than likely try to shoot innocent people. Lust doesn't necessarily make men treat women just like a piece of 🥩 meat .
