In this episode he loses all professionalism and becomes the exact same person as his subject. He stand over the man, arms crossed, displaying his size and posturing for a physical altercation. They were recording his intro package. I'd guess half way through he changed the rules and said he wouldn't use the names, as agreed. So they put him on the phone with the producer. The camera kept rolling. All in all the whole package was confusing. Needed more context. Plus the 7 pm bit in the office was obviously recreated.
