Rand Jaky I think it’s to point out the intimidation factor involved when it’s an older male directed at a young female. Or possibly just to be specific? It has nothing to do with equality. Nobody said it wouldn’t be bad if it was directed at a male or anything along those lines. Why is it that men love to nitpick and twist any comment that mentions gender in order to shoot down women and equality?

Unfortunately there are boomers who have internet access and no BS detector. On top of that, many are unwilling to listen to their kids when they're being scammed or when they're passing on misinformation. My parents back in the AOL days taught me to be paranoid about everything and everyone online. Now it's over 20 years later and they fall for every poorly photoshopped meme (as long as it confirms their bias).
