    I've been doing Juliana's workouts for years and they're my favorite. I do want to give a word of warning for this particular workout, as I accidentally went way beyond my boundaries in camel pose and got a tailbone injury. So I'd strongly advise people to get out of camel pose if you're feeling any kind of pain.

    Hey Juliana i"m following you from past 1 year and journey with you was so good. I was so good at yoga when I was in school and also won competitions but later because of busy schedule I stoped doing it as well doing yoga alone and repeatedly doing same Aasnas sometimes felt bore to me but accidently I found your channel and omg I feel so blessed that I found it because now I cant imagine doing yoga without you. Your positivity smile and aura are mesmerizing and your title of videos are always upto the mark, I always type as per my mood ie. boho beautiful yoga for back pain or full body stretch or relaxation or sometimes 15 min or 20 min etc. and after doing it I actually feels so good relaxing and calm. I also suggested your channel to my friends. You are magical thanks for being you the way you are. Love from India.

    I am ever so grateful for these amazing Boho beautiful yoga classes!!! at godsend, especially during Covid lockdown. I just let whatever video popped up to play and do. Always turned out to be the perfect class for me that day. The universe has our back lol

I’ve been practicing alongside you and Mark doing these yoga videos for the past 6or 7 years … What I like about all your videos is the variety of them and depending on what area you want to focus on you can just click any video with how you’re feeling and what you want to achieve for that day.
