I am 77 years old and I've been doing yoga for the past 8 years. This Full Body Workout to tone, burn fat and build stamina was hard this first time, but I substituted by going either slower or doing other stretches in between. This exercise definitely showed me what I need for my body, although at this age I know I may not get to everything, and I'm fine with that. Thank you Julianna.

Usually I never do breaks during your workouts but this time my arms needed a break in the last part 🔥🔥

WOW! They are uploading their premium classes from Transform, Retreat and Ascencion. This one's from day 10 of Transform. One of my go-to exercises whenever I feel the need to, and pairing it with some of their 20 min.pilates class after. This one's awesome and it's so challenging. Not for beginner but if you are looking to challenge your body with some core focused cardio workout, then definitely this one's for you. You gonna be sweating and shedding off extra pounds from the holidays. Enjoy!
I love Transform!! I highly recommend it anyone trying out this video and curious about the entire program! I just wish there was a Transform 2!! I can (even to my own disbelief) keep up with Julianna now.

Thank you, definitely beneficial for my body and health though too much cardio for me, good to do such work from time to time though as I don't tend to do cardio except from walking but anyway I find all your workouts perfectly blend with cardio, yoga, pilates, stretch, breath and awareness 🙏

What a strength to be able to do this workout under scorching Sun. You're so right, Julianna about gaining strength, that it comes with every repetition, patience and time. Planks are much easier with time and hands don't get tired as much as they did before. I'm happy I can now keep up with 15, 20 min workouts but I'm still building my power to be able to get through a 30 min practice. Nevertheless, I'm pretty impressed how great I did today after taking a long break between core workouts.
