എനിക്കു ഇത് പോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.. ലോ ഫ്ലോ ആരുന്നു.. Iron കുറവാണു എന്ന് കരുതി കഴിക്കുമായിരുന്നു ടാബ്.. ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ടു മാസം ഫ്ലോ ഒത്തിരി kuravarunu periods സ്റ്റോപ്പ് ആയി.. അങ്ങനെ ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ടു scan ചെയ്തു cyst ആണ്

Try to do the variation as mentioned, then also not comfortable, you can avoid those poses 🙏
