    Guys!!! Those who have irregular periods dont take pills without doctors advice just do this yoga ....I have pcod issue and my period was late . I done this yoga for 1 week and I got the results!! (Do this regularly without any fail ) Im so thank full to ma'am!❤️

    Hai mam...എനിക്ക് periods regular ആയിട്ടാണ് വരുന്നത്... പക്ഷെ periods ആയി കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് 10 ദിവസം ആകുമ്പോൾ രണ്ടു ദിവസം ചെറിയ drops വരാറുണ്ട് with white ഡിസ്ചാർജ്... ഞാൻ psychiatric ഡ്രഗ് കഴിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്... For Anxiety disorder and depression... നല്ല stress ഉം ഉണ്ട്‌... Periods കഴിയുമ്പോൾ ഇത് ചെയ്യാമോ ?? Thank u mam....

    Cheytu noku..also proper iron intake undon noku dietil..include spinach, dates, pomegranate etc..PCOD avanamenila...if needed consult a doctor🙏🏻

    എനിക്കു ഇത് പോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.. ലോ ഫ്ലോ ആരുന്നു.. Iron കുറവാണു എന്ന് കരുതി കഴിക്കുമായിരുന്നു ടാബ്.. ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ രണ്ടു മാസം ഫ്ലോ ഒത്തിരി kuravarunu periods സ്റ്റോപ്പ്‌ ആയി.. അങ്ങനെ ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ടു scan ചെയ്തു cyst ആണ്
