वज्रासन एक बहुत ही प्रभावशाली आसन है जो पेट की बीमारियां जैसे - कब्ज़, एसिडिटी ,ब्लोटिंग, एसिड रिफ्लक्स ,इर्रिटेबल बोवेल सिंड्रोम , गैस का बनना और पेट भरी होना को कम करने में मदद करता है। इस आसन को खाने के बाद सिर्फ 5 मिनट के लिए करें।
इसको सही ढंग से करना बहुत जरुरी है और इस वीडियो में विस्तार में इसकी तकनिकी जानकारी दी गयी है।
Vajrasana (Diamond Pose or Thunderbolt Pose) is one the effective poses to relieve gastric problems like - Constipation, Acidity, Acid Reflux, Irritable Bowel Syndrome , Gas formation & heaviness in stomach.
This pose or aasan can be done just after having meal daily for minimum 5 minutes.
To get the benefits its very important that the right alignment & posture is being taken into consideration.
