This was really nice ! I haven’t done any abs workouts in a very long time so it felt great to finally dedicate some time to this area. Looking forward to tomorrow’s stretches . Thanks Jöelle! 🙏

Great way to wake up and start the day. The stretch yesterday was amazing especially after a flight. Heading from St. Louis, MO to Chicago, IL. These short sessions are perfect for on the go! Namaste 🙏🏾

Can you do a safe abdominal routine for yogis who have Diasis Recti (abdominal split) please? Standing routines and supine would be amazing! Thank you and best wishes. Your videos are incredible and help with my chronic pain SO much.

👌👌👌 much easier abb work now...3 sets of 20 sit ups after the walm up helps ..... maybe take a day of tomorrow just for one day's muscle rest 🙏🙏

lovely practice I added it on to your new hip challenge. can I ask how to engage your core correctly. I'll be honest I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. I've googled / youtubed but I'm not much wiser. Do you have a video for engaging the core. I have looked but can't find one 😊

Thanks Joelle. Just a question. As a beginner with stiffed muscles and sore joints, do I have to start from day one excecerises each day to do all of them one after the other ? or just do the warm up first then the new daily session ? Thanks.
