I woke up two days ago with a bad pain in the coccyx area, never happened to me before so I was about to call my doctor but tried this out in the morning and last thing at night and 2 days later Im back to normal. Thank you soo much for this Joelle.

I feel like a whole new person in 10 minutes. I fell down from stairs and hurt my tailbone 5 weeks ago. This yoga sequence felt like magic to my pain. I am so grateful to find you and this video. Deepika garg, I fall down from stairs too, 2 month ago, hurt my tailbone, is hurting me when i sit down and very painful when i got up from sitting posture. I hope you feel better, can you please write me if your tailbone health improve? I see that your comment is 10 months ago. Very helpful, easy to do, and your voice is so calming and easy to follow without watching the screen (when doing exercise it is so important to listen and to do)
Feeling discomfort in the coccyx since last one week, with severe pain in first 2 days , after half day of work which requires me to sit on a chair constantly, this sequence was a blessing , with come to it again and again till I am relieved of the pain . Thank you🌺🌸🙏🏻

I typically spend over 8 hours straight sitting at the desk and that's why i've got tailbone pain. Sometimes I could barely stand up from my chair without support. I felt a HUGE difference after doing this 10 min practice for a few days. I like to use them as an excuse for a mid-day 10 min break away from the desk. Thank you, Joelle ⭐️

@sb I think it's one of those things where you have to keep at it and be consistent. Which I am not, so the pain came back when I stopped doing this practice regularly. However, I've also upgraded the chair I'm on for over 8 hours, and am mindful of my posture, and it definitely helped as well, but I definitely should be doing these stretches a lot more often.
I'm having Coccyx pain for a week but god those yoga Exercises was a pain relief for me Thank you so much 🙏

Thank you sooo much. I thought I won't be able to get up tomorrow. But I found this video and in 10 minutes I was 80 % better. Then I did it again. I feel like a new person now.

I broke my tailbone when I was 15 at summer camp. Now some 35 years later that old pain is still there. This was a lovely sequence, and I thank you so much for having such compassion for us sufferers of this type of pain. I am from India 🇮🇳, and have spine issues, like L4/L5, Sacroiliac junction. I’m 79, and have active workouts at Gym for 30 years. The pandemic years were bad for my mobility and muscles got weaker. These yogic asanas are good. Love ❤️ them, and gonna try them. 🙏

This video has been a friend to me for the past week or so. I don't really have tailbone pain but the whole of my lower back, hip and possibly SI joint too(all a bit of a mistery) hurt all day, every day but I have found great relief with this practice. Thank you ❤

This was a simple but effective workout. Gentle, and I discovered a new stretch which felt awesome. I was in pain cycling yesterday I had to walk eventually so this has helped stretch it out. I think one of the tailbone issues can also be core strength too with good posture you aren't putting all the pressure on this area. I will also get the cushion for for work thank you! 🙏

Thanks for sharing these Interesting postures I am trying your suggestions and also the bow posture has helped me and the locust pose has also helped and building and strengthening the glut muscles is also helping me. I think the softening of the glut muscles due to aging and sitting on hard surfaces and riding 2 wheeler on bad roads had caused the tailbone pain since 3 months, hope to heal it soon

This worked like magic for me. My lower back was rigid and really painful but was transformed after this practice. I waited a couple of days to comment as I couldn’t quite believe it but the pain hasn’t returned. Thank you!

Hi joelle !! From past few years I am suffering with severe tailbone pain.... It spoiled my "chef" career😭😭😱😱😱 also i quit to do as chef.... Something I will be following weekly.
