Hello didi mera period 11february ko 3din k liye aya tha 14feb tk or didi ye exercise m roj karti hu or subh ko yoga, sam ko 1:30hours exercise krti hu lekin abhi tk period nhi aya h or fast food bhi nhi khati hu lekin kuch din se mera white discharge ho rha h ,or didi mere ek year phle back fracture tha to meri ek sal tk regular tablets chali thi to har month ata tha or ab February se mene tablets khana band kr diya to or exercise karni start kri h to usse to effect nhi pda ? please halp 🙏

Hello mam mam mujhe 26 December ko periods aye the uske baad ab March mein aye doctor ko dikhayea tha usne medicine di thi to abb march mein 10 ko aye 12 ko thik hogi mam esa hone se moti v ho gyi hoon ek doctor ne kaha tha ki stress ki vjah se hai mam app btao kya kru 25 age hai meri or unmarried hoon white discharge v hota hai fr pain v hoti hai kush v bhari kaam krlu to pet se soj pd jati hai plz answer deo

When you have time in morning or evening…with empty stomach….or 2-3 hour gap between food and exercise

Dear khana se phle.. or lifestyle to change krne ka Mtlb h daily heathy diet ko jis me milk products ho fruits ho or daily exercise kro , walk kro or shone se 3 hr phle khana khao

Mujhe period time pe bahut dard rahata tha 2-3 me period atey the our jab period atey to khulkar nahi atye the 1-2 din hi rahtey period the esliye Maine online meesho se whitocon syrup and Assicon syrup magwakr use Kiya use Kiya mere period ke sare problem khatam ho gai ab piredes aram se nikal jatey our time se bhi atey hai
