I'm a RE owner for past 10yrs. Now i feel to ride Yezdi when i have done a test drive. Time to change...

Using Re Meteor from last 8 month, Traveling almost 150-200 km /day. Never feels Restless,using it in City and mountains as well.Go for it without any hesitation.

I have been using RE Meteor 350 for last 8 months, and would not have any hesistation to say that it's the most comfortable bike for longer journeys. Only negetive point I have witnessed so far is its accelaration post 90kmph. Meteor takes hell lot of effort to throttle beyond 100kmph even on clear roads, where there is not much traffic to break constant accleration. Apart from that it has never disappointed me in any other biking parameter. One more thing I would like to add that, Fireball is the best looking meteor, I prefered its looks over steller and supernova.

I completely agree with your comparison. For relaxed and comfortable ride . Royal Enfield scores best in its segment

The Yezdi can't ride at low rpms, it will constantly try to stall and make you keep shifting whereas the Enfield just glides and easily rides in higher gears on low speeds

I go with Yezdi ❤️ that's something new , not like RE everywhere 🤣 just turning out head in any direction we can see RE 🤣 . I think RE is more on road now when compared to splendor & Activa 😝😝.

Friends please understand.....this Yezdi is nothing like the wonderful 2 Stroke bikes of the day...this bike's Engine is derived from the Mahindra Mojo....Why is that part left out. The Yezdi Classic/Roadking now those were the true bikes even the Jawa...these new bikes engines are good but derived from Mahindra Mojo. My Jijaji still has the Yezdi classic He got in 1978 for 6k , I was 6 then. I fondly remember those wonderful long rides with him...the nostalgic two stroke 250 cc sound tu tung tung tung tung...boy the smell of petrol...I had the pleasure of riding it at age 18, today I am 48, Jiju is 75....but he still goes down to his garage and tinkers around with the Classic. 🥰...This is what set me up for loving motorcycles and my first bike in 1992 was Suzuki AX100R .

Meteor is good, but RE is having the worst customer service that’s an issue and too much waiting period I’ve booked in in Jan and still waiting for delivery after 5 months..

Perks of RE

Anyone about to do a long uphill drive choose Jawa or Yezdi. Trust me guys, Power, Pickup & Handling matters a lot in a twisty Uphill drive. This is from my practical experience. Just try a Jawa in Ladakh, Tawang it's a different level.

I would bet on Honda Highness 350.. Engine is buttersmooth, sound is best in segment at high RPM, used chrome in every highlighted portion, pure retro classic look with modern feature.. Somehow Honda bigwing outlets are the big lack

Good engine spoilt by too tall gearing... Doesn't pull like REs at low rpm... Needs to be revved to get going.

except the crappy gearing, it isnt the worst but its the best either. 3th gearr is only good for 40 and above with out risking knocking or stalling. But for the other aspects, its pretty good

Did you feel it suspensions?? It’s suspensions with Indian roads will make you visit spine doctor often. It’s suspension has unbearable stiffness and not suited for Indian roads.

I ride a RE Meteor 350 stellar Matt Black for the last 7 months and has done 1800km in the congested city of Thane (Bumper to bumper traffic). It's the most comfortable bike for the city and powerful enough to keep up with traffic on the highway. Best for new riders.

from all the reviews I've come across, I'd like to say it loud. "RE has engine that is reminiscence of the brand name and Heritage, Yedzi has the name factor but not the engine, the Yezdi doesn't ride like a modern retro motorcycle should, it's more like a 300cc modern motorcycle with only it's name reminding of the heritage.

The yezdi is a ‘retro’ bike and the Enfield is a ‘classic’ bike..Retro bikes are made to look like classics with fake carburettors and other things eg- triumph

Agree with you 💯 you just can't use yezdi name and put any engine in it neither it's design nor its engine has any heritage, its like streetbike engine with no any sort of feel , like it's neither a proper modern classic nor a proper modern motorcycle, and whatever people say jawa and yezdi were never as iconic as royal Enfield ever, if you see royal Enfield has all its design and bikes based on their previous bikes with heritage with their own identity whereas yezdi launched 3 bikes the roadster is kinda copy of Harley , scrambler is copy of triumph scrambler, and adventure it's 100 copy of Himalayan

Nice ... Yes Yezdi isn't investing on new engines their engine was taken from low-selling sporty mahindra Mojo. The company need to understand that the heart of a bike is its engine.. just re-arranging something doesn't make it unique.

Yezdi Roadster....It's a beast. Freshness in bike world

Seen the roadster in close proximity.. according to me CB350 looks class apart compared to it... Meteor is up there with CB350...

I have been riding Yezdi Roadster for last two months and from my experience I can assure you if you park both roadster and meteor side by side, roadster will steal all the attention. Royal Enfield is so common these days, people just ignore them.

This seems to be so one sided, I used to own a thunderbird in 2009 and felt cheated with the product at the cost back then. It took them almost 13 years to come to this level. So give other manufacturers some time. Don't Buy this Yezdi / jawa bikes, I have brought Yezdi Roadster on 28 Jan 2022, I have resaled it on 3 Nov 2022. Due to the problems of the bike I have faced, i loss 1 Lakh rupees for its resale. I buyed at 2,58,000/- and resaled it at 1,60,000/- The reasons for resale is 1.Poor build quality 2.Rusting issue 3.Paint peel off issue, 4.Heating issue, 5.Poor Suspension 6.Low ni8 time visibility 7.Poor headlight 8.Low resale Value, 9.No availability of spare parts. 10.High cost for parts of bike at Service center, 11. Poor service at Authorized Service 12. Mileage is 25 kmpl after second service, 13. Colour will fade soon means colour will dull slowly, 14. Very hard clutch you will get pain while in traffic conditions, 15.Worst Service ever 16.High Engine Noise will shuts down suddenly while goiyon long drives 17. Mainly that Fan sound will irritate you with high noise, 18. No use of ABS switches and mode settings only use is to set time. 19.We have to buy Centre Stand for money and they even don't give Helmet also 20. Don't fall into fake promises of Sales person's. So please loss as me, their is no one to tell me while I am buying this bike, Now I am telling this because their is more people from middle class and buying bike as dreame at this high amount and lossing this money is I know how painful is that 😢 So please don't loss like me. @yezdiforever @jawamotorcycles @mahindrarise

Should I appreciate you that you're criticizing roadster, perhaps you are a big fan of RE, but remember there always pros and cons of any other motorcycles.

took me many months to finally decide which bike to buy and I went for meteor. for me the deciding factor was heating issue and milage.

Honda Highness CB 350 is best: Japanese Reliability, cheap to maintain, Engine is durable, exhaust sound is unique and decently feature loaded.

I own a Thunderbird 350. Seems that Meteor 350 would be an ideal upgrade.

Nice presentation. Let's accept it that thanks to yezdi the benchmark has been increased with liquid cooling and six speed gearbox which all manufacturer's should realize from 200 cc engine's as the engine's don't shut down midway and sometimes even while riding. Enfield is nothing besides a good size vehicle with lot's of tork without understanding in what type of motorcycles what does a cyclist expects. The safety with reference to dual disc and dial abs should be a standard beginning from 200 CC motorcycles. Thanks to our government which only talks about copying Bs6 engine's without safety

Sure it is good if you can purchase new bikes every five or six years. But more systems means more complicated engine, more breakdowns and more repairs. If you are planning to own a bike for a long long time, bike with a simple mechanism is the best.

Yezdi is far better than RE. I own Yezdi it’s fun to ride.

I have Supernova Blue ...it is a complete package in all sense . Jawa is a fatigue...has a engine of a city bike CB ...its short stroke engine is very lethargic to gear . Looks are good but it is not a rider centric bike .

Anyday Meteor 350.. I took test drive of yezdi roadster and meteor 350.. Riding comfort, handling and road presence.. Thumbs up to meteor 350..

I like how refined Meteor is. I don't generally like Enfield's bikes as they are so outdated and maintenance heavy, but Meteor seems like they have finally solved those issues. But it is a Retro bike and not a cruiser, same with Yezdi. In India there are very few true cruisers. Only popular one is Bajaj Avenger 220 at around 1.5Lakh. The Next viable cruiser is Kawasaki Vulcan S 650 at 7.5Lakh. You see the huge gap there? I think Avenger should have a higher variant with 650cc engine at around 3 lakhs.

8:01 I have seen Meteor users complaining about hard suspension casusing discomfort and changing it for better comfort.

First few months it feels slightly stiff, after few months its working great.

The pillion seat on the meteor is a bit too narrow. Should I replace it or should I opt for a different suspension?

Anybody having problems with regards to back suspension of Meteor? It feels hard on bumps and hurts my back. Opinions?

A retro cruiser from Suzuki would drive all of these out of the market. I don't know when that will happen. Suzuki is one brand commanding a strong, silent, and loyal group of customers.

Why does Yezdi looks so small by side angle, not the road appeal I would like to see

Visited the Jawa showroom yesterday. Walked out in 5 minutes. Never been so disappointed. The ergonomics does not work (for me), the quality, fit and finish is from the 80' s.

If it wasnt for the build quality, i'd jump at the opportunity to buy a yezdi, but till then i jist booked a hunter

yezdi stands nowhere in front of meteor and cb350. i chose meteor 350 over honda because of the riding stance. cb350 feels like any ordinary bike with a thump producing exhaust and thats about it. plus small pillion. have ridden almost 5k on meteor in last 5 months and i don't regret it at all.

Hope Classic Legends doesn’t take as much time like RE to improve their bikes, the Roadster is the only bike worth riding, 350cc producing 20bhp is just lazy work in the 21st century.

Roadster is far better than meteor, price is quit less also, now roaster give a free accessories on their showrooms, i see the roadster bike like rajdoot, the dual exhaust 6 speed gear box and the latest dual tone color red and black was look very attractive on bike... i take a test ride it was amazing and i love the test ride..

Is this brand available in the United States?

I brought and riding Meteor since last 02 months and still regretting for skipped the roadster. If I remove RE brand name from Meteor, this will not even compete with Honda Activa in what's ever USP all talk about. Activa top speed 90kmph and Meteor only run smoothly in 90kmph. Infact any 100cc motor will beat Meteor 500mtr drag race. The Meteor colour combination and quality looks cheap, over priced, Fuel indicator not working at all, sometimes showing in reserve when tank is full, the Eveready tourch gives more light than this headlight, lots of wearing harness exposed, seats are very avarage cushion, 500 rupees back shocker exact same comes with TVS moped, the digital meter is half digital and not showing the speed, also its smaller than a wrist watch and so many I can count. Few good thing though, I like the clutch that is surprisingly good and the breaks. Breaks are awesome. So the conclusion is Roadster is far better than Meteor and extremely value for the money. I have been scammed for the RE logo.

Please review keeway Benda bd300. It is much more powerful and way more good looking than royal Enfield

What do you mean by failed engine?.., only thing that failed was that Mahindra wasn't able to recognition for it. The re meteor being so pricey, plus being 350cc produces 20bhp. Re 20 years before had 350cc engines producing 18bhp, and that's all they can do apart from increasing prices? Your the one being fooled.

Yezdi's design looks confused. Looks like they just wanted to compete with Royal Enfield without spending too much on design and the result is there. Also, the build quality looks far better in meteor than in yezdi.

RE Removed tripper navigation from all the models just bcoz they don't have semiconductor chip. And waiting more than 4 month for booked meteor and still they don't have answer to deliver bike.
