Congratulations to Zack for winning season 15 of RuPaul's Drag Race
Funny how often people overlook esper sentinel being an artifact.. not only here (doesn't trigger cloudstone curio) but with chrome mox as well
@Melissanoma

I saw that too, even wrote up a comment about why he shouldn't have won. Then I checked back to the ad naus draws and he had a ragavan to pull the combo off legally at least so he still could have won.

Something that’s really cool about Cedh is how some of the most powerful combos leave you ether dead or out of the game (worldgorger, thorical, chain of smog, any underworld breach + LED). It makes for some memorable moments.
What an absurd set of games. Four turbo decks going head-to-head, and a personal favorite of mine, Anje, making an appearance. Great stuff, great plays, fantastic games, and one hell of a game 1.
And the Anya deck won in FABULOUS style to close out the video. Yo, fucking props.
naus into led crack holding prio on the demo tutor was sick! well sequenced zack
Sweet sweet justice game 4, or perhaps revenge. Game 3, Ryan foiled John's win attempt by destroying the wgd in response to the etb, leaving John with no permanents. The next game John stole Ryan's peer to win the game. Love the story arch on this :)
Thank to Zack and his top hand, so we can watch up to four games.
A really great set of games! And having the players take the same seats for all the games was a real quality of life improvement
"This deck seeks to resolve ad naus as fast as possible." *does it on turn 1* well it did exactly what was printed on the tin.
A game with Yennett? I'm in heaven.
Holy smokes, that Cathar Commando... Seems my Pauper favorite has legs in cEDH too when unexpected.
@therealax6

Cathar Commando is insane for a common in a standard set. I'm really surprised they printed it at that rarity.
Quick rules clarification on cloudstone curio. Why does esper sentinel trigger curio when it says "nonartifact permanent"?

Ryan (and the rest of the table) missed it! Ryan did get Ragavan though, so it didn't matter in the end as he could've just used that.
I really am happy watching your guys show. There is always an air of sportsmanship and respectfor the game that does not happen everywhere else. thanks
I hope this channel never dies
John. I love the discard: draw effects. I used The Locust God to do so and when infinite mana hits, I discard Avacyn's Judgement and make the madness of X equal enough to win.

That was 4 good games! Very cool to see.
Loved these games! keep up the awesome work!
These games are so entertaining to watch. That turn 1 win was incredible.
God that third game was BRUTAL for John.
LOVE the game 2 Pact so much. People need to do so much more of that.
What an ad naus play. Gotta love when everything just works out.
these games were absolutely crazy, i will say like everyone else though that first game was completely balls out
cathar commando stonks going up after this video, what a fun batch of games!
1:47 Zack with the top deck (or top two cards) for the winning hand! Hinged on having a Black source to imprint on Chrome Mox but it worked!
Holy smokes In that first game he had a god hand lmao. Very impressive
The animations on the cards look so good!!
Ryan's curio loop should not have worked with Esper Sentinel. Curio Triggers whenever a "nonartifact permanent" comes into play so Esper would not be able to return dockside. It is the same reason it would not work with an Ornithopter or Memnite. Pretty sure Ryan has it regardless but is an important note to point out for viewers

He could have done it with the Ragavan from the ad naus instead

Zack… holy smokes dude! That was amazing.
This is my favorite episode in a while, seeing these all in strategies winning early is super cool
Almost pooped my pants seeing Yennett at the table. She’s one of my favorite commanders of all time and I’ve been trying to make a competitive list for a while
I was really happy that John redeemed himself in game 4 after everyone stopped him a few times in game 3 😂

Sick 1st game..
So many games in one video?!? Let’s gooooo
Awesome games! Curious what die are being used to represent the floating mana etc. In the market for some
Gas right out of the gate 🙌
In Game 3, Ryan should have held cathar commando until John pinged down both his opponents, THEN destroyed the dance effectively winning the game.
10:11 John discarded Cabal Pit not cabal ritual
On turn 4 in game 3 when shallow grave was countered by swan song how many cards did Ryan have in hand because if he had the chrome mox and a black card he could have continued the shallow grave with the floating mana from mana crypt (or did I miss something that didn’t allow this)
The luck on game 1 drawing an Ad Naus. Gg lol
4 games in a video, is it xmass yet? great games!
John had the mayhem devil from the peer, but if he didn’t could he have drawn his deck? Rootwalla cloud stone dockside and Anje can bounce rootwalla, activate anje discarding rootwalla and playing free from madness, bounce dockside, drawing a card and untapping anje, repeat?
I had no idea there are so many cards with madness lol
Something I wondered at 8:40 - would it have made sense for John to attack Jeska with Anje on the first turn? (Or maybe you wanted to keep Anje untapped, or maybe you wanted to keep Jeska around thinking that she would deal with other threats?)
You rock here is comment for algorithm
Shawn has a pact of negotiation in his hand that first game, he ain't shit for not playing it.
Can someone explain the stack interaction at 15:00 with worldgorger exiling at the end?

9:45 - did Ryan not want to hit any of his opponents with the other targets on Jeska's -1?
In Game 2, I didn't know you could tap Anje multiple times to dig through your deck. I thought you could only do it once on a stack. The more I know!
so many fast wins
The infinite mana combo was an error. You can't return Esper Sentinel with Curio. It says non artifact permanent.

I'd say these players sure Peered into the Abyss, huh?
9:46 Why kill only Ravagan? Why not also hit life totals too?
Just looking at the commanders I assume blue farm wins most of these
john discarded cabal pit, not cabal ritual 😳
friggin love Anje

Why the heck does the Yennet pilot Necro so small every time?? Wouldn't you rather necro for like 20 for win cons and protection, and then push to win???
the games were exciting but man i feel like a fool for clicking thinking 'wow yennet, ive never seen that commander before i wonder what it does!' 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

ALMOST AT 69 LIKES LETS GOOOO
其實看完以後 我真的覺得他們強度普通而已 重點中間 目標還有選錯 這種實力 我應該可以一扛三吧
Make sure your cedh combo opponents are pile shuffling, fam. Let's ensure they don't just need to mulligan 3 times until they find their clutch of combo cards.
Spoiler Comment: I find it hilarious that the group probably spent more time shuffling than actually playing Game 1. I'd like to think that Zack was the only person to have to shuffle up their deck cuz the rest of the group did nothing. Though realistically, it makes sense to shuffle up again since Zac and Shawn were the only ones who could have free counter spells.

John would have had to reshuffle as well since Zack knew his hand
It's almost like thoracle should get banned for how consistent it can win 🤔
