Year in the Life of a Goat Farmer - Adam Ledvina

Meet Adam Ledvina and hear some of of his story about getting started as a goat farmer in Tama County, Iowa. Adam runs Iowa Kiko Goats, a large-scale, holistic meat goat operation. This forage-based operation focuses on low-maintenance and high-performing goats. Through intensive rotational grazing and careful management, he has grown his herd to between 500 and 1,000 goats depending on the time of year.

    It’s a nice video about a goat farmer, for sure. But it’s not at all “a year in the life”.
