Just for reference since I didn't talk about it in the video really at all, they made it so you can no longer use Return to Zero in stun, and reduced the time that you're stuck in the counter, with the trade off of having the counter instantly activate, and having a lower Cooldown. Skill Points were also slightly reduced at some point afaik.

If you think about it, making RTZ unable to be used in hitstun might be a blessing in disguise since as long as you spam the key while getting attacked, eventually it'll desummon the enemy's stand and give you a free barrage, leading to potentially more DMG than pre-nerf bail-out-of-combo RTZ Oh and also RTZ actually stuns people properly now if used to cancel a time/dimensional move so I see this as an absolute win

@@JSt3pz I like to think that uni reset = infinite acceleration, and you can't really return to zero the infinite because infinite doesn't have a "zero" you can return to, so that'd be the "canon" reason. Out of universe it's just balancing

@@odstagent1070 it can cancel time accel but only during the cast time. If you take mih away before the voiceline is finished it will stop accel

his hitbox got so small at 7:40 that eclipse can never hit him again

I used ger recently and to be honest I don't know why people complained lmao, it still feels fun and half decent, they just nerfed counter stun (universal anywayd lmao) and the rtz doesn't stun anymore but it's still combat viable edit: I also noticed "Murder mode" no longer buffs heal but that's fine since any actual ger user can utilize it in combat anyways

I find it funny how at the beginning of the video eclipse is like "you can still use ger and get things done with it" type stuff while casually dealing half the KQBTD's hp

The small hotboxes bug is on roblox's part, it's a problem in a few games. The only way I could see to patch it would be to add dev created character customization (think games like the wild west, where your in-game model is separate from your avatar).

Before the nerf, if you had pluck there was a really tight combo off of counter that stand crashed(assuming sturdiness 1) and did half their health, but they removed that and now you can barely even get a few m1s. (The combo was thrust-life beam-pierce strike-barrage-triple pierce-m1s) I almost never successfully pulled it off but the few times I did the enemies either died or ragequit

They sorta buffed it cuz the cutscene lets you use awakening and Hamon with scorpion barrage (does more than half hp)

In my opinion this update the rtz in stun thing got traded for a frame one counter and a more reliable rtz which completely stuns people if they use time related moves. Imo it got buffed and is not just good for 1v1s but is hella overpowered for 2v2s and sbr. You can run GER hamon and have a teammate with a freely time stopping stand and instantly one shot your opponents with awakened life forms while they're stuck in a cutscene.

Last I checked, if a c-moon ragdolled you with surface inversion punch while you were in upercut to the moon, you could block after the ragdoll. They might have fixed it though.

I played ger for a few days and I genuinely enjoyed it. Still don't know why people don't like it this stand has great moves and requires a bit of skills to hit your summon moves. But awakening is op and rtz is good

I think the small hitboxes issue is a problem stricly because the game uses r15 animations. Because there are much more articulation points on the character models, the sizes have to be adjusted to compensate compared to r6 where it's all the same size by default. It would be an extensive and honestly not a very worthwhile process to make it so all the body parts have a standard size.

Hey eclipse I have a suggestion for a vid. Sm. This stand is riddled with bugs and only 1 move works as it should. I think it would be fun to see you play a stand with that many bugs and maybe draw attention from the devs because right now it’s almost unplayable.

The only real nerf is removing the cheese of RTZ bailing you out of any combo (like pilot barrages) and counter having less stun (for better cooldown and startup) and the minimum skilltree cost got reduced from 50 something down to 40 something

It's basically a buff cause before u couldn't rely on the spec (u didn't have enough skill points) UNLESS u didn't get max vitality, with this rework u can now rely on your spec more, people cannot move when they're on the rtz cutscene and your counter will work EVERYTIME someone hits u while you're using it Edit: u can rely on ur spec more cause the skill points usage was reduced with more than 10 skill points (that's much better ngl)

It's good that the explosion of the kq well not drop my fps now.

Actually it’s better than before Heals other than the 100 healing is gone The counter may be shorter but it’s enough for you to use scorpions+zoom punch/pierce strike for you to combo into moves like summon life form or rtz barrage and now the counter is very easy to land because all counter in game has like 0 start up Rtz like you said it’s still a good move so Ye ger got more of a buff than anything

It really only took making the counter frame 1 for me.

two things wouldnt it be reasonable to patch the smaller hitbox in a way that all player hitboxes are the same size and at the same height while leaving the visuals of avatars intact as ive seen some honestly creative rthro avatars now and again that visually are not possible without certain packages that arent just the small bastards a bit of a question when it comes to the smaller hitbox on smaller characters, what does it effect in terms of moves for example do they fall out of barrages more or something ive not tended to notice it much aside from things like certain avatars being so small that they used to go under scary monsters charge hitbox which afaik was patched

Please suggest this to uzu as I can't contact paragon or uzu. I don't even want any credit I just want to play the game I love on a high/competent level These are the suggestions for mobile support 1. Make it so that m1 and M2 and stand summon is more like stand moves or spec moves, as these moves come out instantly as soon as you press the button (ex: stand jump, ts, cw, etc.) This will help mobile's overall responsiveness by a lot as the current one we have is that you have to press and take your finger off of the m1 or m2 or stand on button to actually come out. 2. Make the block button like how barrage works on mobile, basically you press and hold to barrage or inhale, because of this barrage and inhale come out almost instantly after you hold it. If this can be implemented in blocking (for mobile) this would increase the overall responsiveness on mobile and so that you can actually parry. I'm not a coder by any means but I do know some and you have done the 2 things for the stand and spec moves I suggest you to do these on the normal m1, M2, block, stand summon, etc 3. Fixing dash (if possible) it's been years since dash has been fixed on mobile. Dashing is a vital element in either retreating or attacking/continuing combos. Feel free to give any suggestions
