Thx Mitch. I think the belt prevented me from getting proper tension on the outside crankshaft nut. ( im no Mitch) Ended up buying a new Lance Cali Classic 200 -absolutely love it! Luv our scooter community! Happy rid’n!!

In the video at 1 minute 30 seconds, If you don't install the spacer between the variators will that increase speed? Is it dangerous to remove it? Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with us:)

Hi Mitch, so based on your experience, better start assembly CVT from the back pulley? Majority in my country they start from front pulley, complete with the belt placement at the front pulley, then they continue with back pulley.

Hey, it doesn’t really matter which front or back to start with... the belt must not be pinched in front pulley or the nut will not torqued properly, you know what I am saying?

@@MitchsScooterStuff I just purchased the same belt based on your recommendation on Amazon when I read the reviews after I purchased it I noticed person said it breaks really easy is that true in your experience with the belt?

Hey Mitch! Love your channel, just bought a Vino 125 myself. Have you ever re-greased the torque drive? I’ve read that people have had the clutches fail on Zumas due to not re-greasing them every so often, but I’ve done it before and it’s not something I’m really comfortable doing if I don’t have to. Just curious if you’ve ever serviced the torque drive?

Hi Mitch, i have one question, do you lubricate your variator inside of the "nut" ring? Your variator looks the same as mine, but i have majesty 125 and i feel kinda its rubbing high, if i pull up the gas. Because i saw my variator, it has sealant front and back. Appreciate for your help and keep doing repair stuff ;)

Hey Allan! Oh no... yeah big job, you will need to take engine apart... wish you are in Hawaii so I can fix it!

Why there is a filter for CVT? Is the cooling air vented from there?

You must have done so many miles on the clock!
