Mitch your videos are absolutely brilliant. The editing is very artful and precise. I hope you can respond because I have a weird situation. I was changing the oil in my 87 Elite and mistakenly removed the cam chain tensioner. This was especially silly as I've changed the oil in this bike several times. Brain fart! Anyways, the bolt with washer and the rod came out, but no spring! I have been driving this thing off and on for 3 years, and there have been some very strange sounds which I now believe is cam chain slapping. But is it possible for it to run without that spring? I would think it would jump time and bend the valve. Or maybe there was enough hydraulic pressure? I was thinking on buying the spring and installing it correctly and see what happens. Or should I try to time it? Would really appreciate your thoughts (or anyones!) Thanks so much and god bless.

Make sure to crimp or remove and plug the gas line before draining the carb if you have good gas in the tank.

Hi. I reciently bought an 08 Ruckus and am fixing it up. You vidoes are great. I ordered the final drive oil and syringe. Strangly enough, even though I know, after watching your video four times, that I had the hose down far enough. But nothing dame out after several tries. I loaded the syringe with the correct amount and shot it in. Then added a bit more until it over flowed, Crazy! i dont think it had any oil in it, Gary

What year is this pcx? I just watched another video it was a 16 the drain bolt was a 17 mm and was in the side and the oil screen/filter was on the drain plug
