Indeed. My brother still has the RZ 500, RZ 350 , Suzuki Gamma 500, and the Honda NS 400. Was thinking of selling them this spring here in Ontario Canada. Told him to keep cause they are showcase bikes 😊

This was the last bike I rode; never had a bike with electric-start, and mine started on the first or second kick. Far less effort than the 750-kitted Bonnie way back when.

I remember a guy at my hight school had the JPS Gama. Black with the gold pinstripes. That sound, no one would race him.

F7 Kawasaki. Usually needed but two kicks to light. The smoke when leaving in the morning (late eighties) was epic. It needed about a mile or so to clean out entirely, but that first hundred yards would *blanket* a large area!

The bike I always wanted. :) Still, I'm happy to have rode an RD350 for so many years.

A good friend of mine had one. Every time I rode it I got off it grinning from ear to ear. Way to much fun to ride. I currently have a RD350LC its a fun track bike but it lacks a couple cylinders.

Lots of fun to ride 2 strokes. My brother still has his 4 2 strokes. His RZ 500 RZ 350 Suzuki Gamma 500 and the Honda NS 400..ah, fill the neighborhood with 2 stroke oil smell😂

It’s been many years but watching this brought back that familiar pain in my right leg. Was worth it, every metre ridden on that bike.

@@bjoe74fm look there's a mark the aluminium housing on both sets of the carbs. There's a small finger that will line up when you open the throttle. You have to calibrate them and then adjust the cables. If the power valves isn't calibrated , they can be calibrated where they connect between the two cylinders. Worked at dealership on them for many years ,and owned one as well. I sold it in '98. Good luck ,drive safe.

Excuse me but you should pay attention the rd 500s cylinders are right across it's not a four stroke I've never seen any issues with the 3 rd rear cylinder because there is no rear cylinder

Luck Harold there is a few underbone 2stroke motorcycles in south east asia. The most famous underbone 2stroke is Yamaha 125Z. Is it available in your country, Brazil?

Excellent choices in bikes. My brother still has all 4 of his 2 strokes from the years gone by era. His RZ 500 RZ 350 Suzuki Gamma 500 and the Honda NS 400. He wants to sell them this spring here in Ontario Canada, but told him he should hang on to them cause they are showcase bikes 😊

i had a RD500LC what a fantastic bike they do go, i wish i had still got it now. i have still got the genuine yamaha RD500LC workshop manual for it one of only 23 ever imported to the UK 22 of them went to yamaha dealers & one to me, i would sell it for the right price

i love this sound , i had one RD 350, with the colored black and red. The bad thing was getting to places with the smell of two stroke oil. hahah but pilot this super motorcicle is a big plesure.

being 53 ..and full of maturity , I was 'gonna' like this video ....and then I thought .....hmm,, nah lets be 20 again.. RG500 Suzuki rules forever!! hahah!!

53 year old here also, just wanted to let you know that i smoked the RG500, twice, back in the day ,winning a couple hundred bucks in the process.with my 89 RD500. Good times ......

Good choices. My brother still has his 2 strokes. The RZ 500 RZ 350 Suzuki Gamma 500 and the NS 400 Honda. The Gamma was a little faster than the RZ as I recall. BUT he ordered Toomies for RZ 500 and see you later Gamma. Oh fun times, brother against brother racing 😊😊. But , we still here in Ontario Canada.
