Im planning to buy used RX100. so the maximum BORE size should not be above .5 ? , right ? Is this enough to make sure the performance of bike will be almost like Stock?? Other carb (mikuni or Mikarb) are fine right?

you can go till 3.mm and if we go beyond 1.00mm the mileage is going to be drop and you might face reliability issues from connecting rod and which also emits alot of heat and after 1.mm You won't get good brand pistons so that your engine might seize because of quality of that piston and also with the heat .....etc etc

Bro my 2005 rx135 have 4 gears but it comes with 5 speed case and different type of cat silencer ... Im so confused mechanic say some model have this type of kit... Cat exhaust look like mini cat... 2t pump also 5speed and kicker ...

Yes port matching is not accurate in sleeved blocks and the sleeve quality of material also not that great compared to stock that's why you see power loss a bit on sleeved blocks

@@shubhamsapkal7466 as per YAMAHA RX Series company catalog information, your bike engine origin is INDIAN - YAMAHA 98CC. With G-2 series block which is good and original. But as you says there is written 36L00 on your bike carburetor, it say that you have MADE IN JAPAN carburetor which is used in RX 100(1985&1986 model ) Block origin - JAPAN. with Y series block piston. Only this bikes have 36L00 98cm3 block with 36L00 carburetor. I suggest you to do not change/exchange or repair or sell this 36L00 carburetor. It's build quality is super good. I hope, now your doubt is clear. 👍

1)why we use 2T oil in rx 100 and rx 135 ? and its mandatory ?

you have to use 2t oil because its a 2 stroke engine. it doesn't have any internal cylinder piston and crank lubrication system like 4 stroke and its Mandatory to use 2t oil or else your engine will ruin.

Y1 was the 1st production series. How you will get a standard size more of that. Kindly understand it is like asking for a 5 yrs expired toothpaste tube just relating to the batch code, when you already have used new toothpaste of same brand recently.

If you use 4 speed block it gives 12 bhp 5 speed block 14 bhp So power is going to be drop if you use 4 speed block. 4TL00 135 4 SPEED 4TL10 135 5 SPEED
