Am a owner of rxg so my original E1 cylinder blok it's seem to have sleeveed till 2mm so can you please calculate it out and explain it to me whether there is an option to rebored again or go for second sleve Or go for a new cylinder block what will be the solution?

FROM .25 TO .50 YOU WONT SEE MUCH DIFFERNCE BUT FROM .25 TO 2.25 THEN YOU WILL FEEL DIFFERENCE

Hi how r u? I have a very different question for u. I have seen that my rx100 is very imbalanced, i.e. when the pillion is very heavy, all the weight shifts to the back and the front wheen hardly has any grip, the bike becomes very difficult to manoeuvre and the bike loses grip. It becomes impossible to climb steep ascents! Is there any way th shift the weight of the bike to front wheel so it will feel a lot confident to ride?

What if the lenght of the rear fork is increased by putting a 2-3 inch longer fork of another bike, along with increasing the length of the chain & brake rod, putting another chain cover, extending the rear mudguard, etc. I think this will shift the weight of the pillion a bit in front of the rear wheel and increase a bit more weight on the front wheel! I hope u get what i mean to say. If u dont get it, c how dirt bikes r altered which r used to climb very steep inclines. I just mean to do the same but on a smaller scale. This alteration is not that major but if it is done correctly will make any rx very stable to climb uphill with pillion! Pls reply.

No if you increase the height of rear shocks and all other mods still with pillion the front wheel will pop up and if you do all these mods the bike loses stability.....(the frame is the issue we can't do anything) what ever you do still the weight won't distribute to front in rx

The only difference is of the life of the cylinder, other than that no much difference. Now I see people complain that Goetze blocks give bad pickup and all but that's an utter rubbish, pickup depends on many factors, like proper tuning of the carburettor, clean air filter, condition of clutch assembly and the pickup coil, clean spark plug, condition of sprockets, proper functioning of the 2Tpump and oil flow inside the cylinder, etc,. One more thing when it comes to Goetze cylinders is proper chamfering of the cylinder walls and ports using port maps and last but not least proper lapping of the piston and rings to be set properly and one thing to be mentioned if any of the things are not done perfectly the bike will not perform the way it should, which in my humble opinion ,a Good mechanic either from factory of Escorts Yamaha ( like in my case), or a trained mechanic can do. One more thing is strict following of the run in period once the cylinder is done and plugged in the bike. Believe me I am running two side by side one E2 and another Goetze. No difference; condition : all of the above mentioned things must be "PERFECT"

Ji I didn't abt this till now, I should have watched it before giving it for sleeving. My mechanic made me to sleeve the bore it was only bored till 0.50,

Bro can i ask a doubt. My rx100 will go off bad if i run for a while. It wont go above 60kmph. I think when engine gets heat. That means my cylinder is sleeved? Cause the work shop guy told like these kind of power issues comes if the cylinder is sleeved. It doesnt hav any power

Direct Fit But Its Difficult to get one in india

Don't listen to this puncture puttar, RXK carb is a direct fit to the rx135 and you can order it direct from Mikuni. The problem is jetting and if you don't happen to have a trained mechanic at hand, you can face a lot of problems. What I suggest is, get a properly trained mechanic and not a puncture puttar who claims to be a mechanic and try different jet sizes on your current carb. You can order different sized O.E jets from Mikuni. Don't ever use Natco or some other shitty brand jets in your existing carb. There is a reason Mikuni have existed for more than a 100 years. However I would suggest this upgrade only if you have ported your bore and have an upgraded CDI. To put it simply think of your mouth as your carburetor and your food pipe as your ports, if the ports aren't big enough no matter how much you put in your mouth, the food will be restricted by your food pipe.

He is ri8. Beware 2stroke lovers. Am stuck with sleeved cylinder on my kb125 (limited spare availability). Go for only Gud quality sleeve and piston or end up with piston seizure while running.

Don't listen to this idiot. Seizure only happens if your sleeve isn't pressed properly or if you have insufficient lubrication of if you have insufficient clearance between the bore and the piston and piston rings or if you have bad cooling or if the bore isn't honed properly or if you have metallic debris like rust from your fuel tank enter the combustion chamber. If all the above requirements are met then even the worst quality sleeves wont seize. The bore and piston will make a very rough noise but it won't seize. Again don't listen to this puncture puttar who doesn't know shit and is trying to preach people from the half baked knowledge he attained from another puncture puttar who thinks he is a certified mechanic.
