Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In this video of Man in the Golden Suit review, we compared Kawasaki ER-6N (Ninja 650r) and Yamaha MT-07.
Compare of looks, tires, suspensions, grip, fuel comsumption, speed, handling, prices in streets of city either in track.
Both are stylish and comfortable... We tested whelie and brake performance, throttle responses too.

My er6f(2013) supprised me, its awsome especially for the price tag. looks far superior to the n version(in my opinion) and what can i say im a new rider and it more than ticks my boxes. I passed my mod 2 on an mt07 and it was also wicked .personally i think it is down to the individual both are exellent bikes ,especially for "first big bikes" but i went er6 and im happy about my choice. Torque is wicked , its a nice fast bike as is the yam..apples and oranges .. Enjoy and ride safe..

The FZ07 is my first bike and I am handling it with grace! Haven't dropped the bike at all. I love riding it and use it mostly for city riding. The stock exhaust on FZ07 makes it sound like a moped so if you plan to ride it in the street it needs to be louder for cars to hear you. The stock levers were just way to far from and I had to replace with pazzo levers. It made the world of a difference. It is bike that I used as an entry level bike and I have had a great time riding it. I LOVE the screen and the gas gauge is a great feature. Don't forget all the engine sliders since this is a naked bike.

I have one of the later models of the Er6n, I was looking for an upgrade and thinking about the MT but the price difference here in Australia is $8-$11k for the MT or 3-7 for the ER6n. This review really made me appreciate my decision. Fantastic review!

Yep. Same difference in used price in NZ too. ER6n with ABS full power is 95% of MT-07 at 75% of cost as not as trendy. Getting a 160 rear tyre for an ER6n is a bit cheaper than 180 rear tyre on MT-07 but not as common so need to mail order tyres to then workshop fit them. My ER6n is great but I do get tingling hands from vibes after long rides but this would be the same on MT-07 as twin cylinder.

Owned an ER6f for two years. Got loan of an MT-07 whilst my gixxer was being serviced. All I can say is that the Yamaha doesn't come close to the Kawasaki in most respects. I was truly disappointed in what I think must be one of the most over-hyped bikes of previous years. It is hopeless at high speed and does not have much to offer in the way of grunt at the top end. Front end is a nightmare in the wet ABS not withstanding. Contrary to some comments weight is not an issue with the Kawasaki. In fact it is a point in its favour when it comes to doing some serious quick work. at least it goes where you point it.

I ride my 2008 er6f almost exclusively on track. I'm only an amateur but I'm surprised at how well this budget bikes does - suspension is firm, cornering does not require much effort, lots of ground clearance, to name a few. A biggest drawback when it comes to track riding is that the tank is mounted too high - hard to get a good grip with the outside leg when cornering at high lean angles. Also breaks are not that good after several hard applications - become heated up and much less effective as a consequence.

Their faired counterparts pretty much have a class all sewn up to themselves in the best motorcycling race event in the world - the IOM TT. With a lap record of 19:00.168, averaging 119.130mph (191.721 km/h), over the 37.733 mile (60.73km) course, held by James Hillier. The Lap Record for the 1000cc Superbike TT is 17:06.682, averaging 132.298mph (212.913 km/h) by Bruce Ansty on a CBR1000RR And the 600 Supersports is held by Michael Dunlop, on a CBR600RR, at 17:35.659, averaging 128.666 mph (207.068 km/h). They're very easily transformed into great race bikes. Not in the same class as your Inline-4 supersports, but I'd wager they're easier to ride fast, and live with on a daily basis.

Altın Elbiseli Adam when you say "if you want a bit heavier go for the er6n" is that actually right? I looked up the specs as I'm buying an MT09 this week, and my close friend has an er6n which I've ridden, and I was surprised to find out that apparently the weight of the er6n is only 174kg? The MT07 is listed at 178kg, and the MT09 at 188kg...but I've always heard people say the er6n is "heavy", despite it apparently being very light! what gives?

Tropicocity The MT07 is 182 KG with ABS and the ER-6n is 206 KG. Source: official websites.

sTuxUp7cH7thEwra2a Yeah I realised after that the figure I was was the dry weight quoted by a website :) I got myself an MT09 last week, such a beast!

both of them are not useful for beginners. if you already using a small motor and have an experience, I reccomend er6n because of its throttle.

Which bike has a better smoother gearbox? I can't have a bike with a CLUNKY gearbox. I know GLADIUS has a great gearbox. You chose not to mention the GEARBOX performance at all. I guess they are very CLUNKY and I'll go with a GLADIUS.

The type of motor oil you use can make a huge difference for the gear box - try some different ones!

jonepomuk Everybody knows that. From my experience, it's smoother with thicker oils. With mileage, it gets thinner. It also gets thinner with temperature. My SV650 was silky- smooth with a cold thick oil. But when the motor gets hot, the gearbox was getting very clunky on the downshift. Most people don't care about shifting, they just crash through gears. They don't even understand my question.

Hey man, I haven't tried the Yamaha but I own an ER6N and it's pretty sweet! It makes a bit of noise when you put it into 1st but otherwise it's great!
