Thank you for the info, my rhino was starting but very poorly. After doing this now it starts perfectly. I noticed I had dirt and debris in the connector. When I unplugged it dirt fell out. Plugged back in and Badda bing fixed!

Thanks for the vid. Mine had the same symptoms you described but changing the CDI worked. Found a Chinese version for $25 on eBay.

What’s the deal with the two handles on the passenger seat? I’ve never figured that out. I know is an ‘oh shit’ handle, but why the second one attached to the rigid handle

would yours start and idle but take no fuelwhen you press gas pedal n kill engine

I appreciate the info. I'll try it mine didn't run when I got it new pump carb fuel lines fresh gas. I haven't checked the fan but I'll let you know if it helps

Mines having this issue. I’ve done what’s done in the video plus insulting gas line. Changed the stator Coil. Both temp sensors, cdi box. Still once you run it down the road and it gets hot it acts like someone turned the key off. But once the cooling fan is done running it fires right back up perfect …….

Maybe a problem with the fan drawing too much power?

1833 AN make sure oil is good, and you have a good connection at the coil ( plastic male and female connectors) there is only 2. This video had nothing to do with the problem. I thought it fixed the problem when I Disconnected the computer.... it was the coil connections the whole time.....

Running out of fuel. I added an electric Blackrhinoperformance fuel pump to mine and that problem went away. Vacuum fuel pump was losing its prime from the intake. Running out of fuel was the culprit

It turned out to be just a female and male connection to the coil....😬

Jacob T I did, it was the connection before the coil. Factory connection had some corrosion at the connection. I cleaned and plugged it back together. Did good for a day or so, when I took it out it died on me just as I started up the trails. I cut the factory connection off and wired it directly with wire nuts. Had no problem since.

@@brandoncalk1928 Did your also backfire just before it shutdown? Mines doing what you listed, however I have the idiot lights in a 2005 not the digital display and it runs fine, then backfires and it’s down till it cools off.
