Watching Brenda cook in July can make you feel like its July in December and January!! She just warms my heart and Home everyday! I wish I could make biscuits!!! Im trying to get the nerve up again! I love homemade biscuts with sausage gravy and eggs scrambled soft and fluffy. And of course a applebutter biscuit at t gth e end of the meal, and don't forget the hot tea. That was one of the things Iate a lot growing up ❣🙂🙃

Miss Brenda, my mom taught me to add a little corn starch,or plain white breadcrumbs to any fruit that is really runny. It works terrific ❤️

Hi Brenda, Egg yolks have a lot of cholesterol so I just eat the egg whites for my hearts sake. I fry mine and put salt, pepper and chopped fresh basil. Yum!

What has happened is someone has deleted a lot of ms Brenda's KZread subscribers and a lot of us has noticed this, also I'm seeing a lot of old videos that I have already seen. This is not fair to Ms Brenda. We all love her and have been subscribers since Facebook followers have shared. These are her video s I think someone trying to claim to take credit for all the hard work she has done. As she stated she don't know how to fix this. Yes I was unsubscribe I didn't understand so I resubscribed . Now I'm seeing a lot old videos or it still say subscribe. Good Morning Brenda. I watch your videos on Facebook every evening. Just love them. I have your book which is just a beautiful book. I love all the stories in it. I pre-ordered the 2nd one as well. My husband enjoys the biscuits with preserves, says it's like having dessert with supper. I just love learning new things from you. I have a tip for you. When draining your pies, chicken etc , rather than using paper towels, put a cooling rack on a baking pan lined with foil ( No pan washing) and put your fried items on top the rack. It keeps them good and crispy on both sides. Love ya❣️

I've been watching you for a long time Brenda and I haven't tried making the biscuits yet I'm by myself I guess has something to do with it, I could make them for church fellowship dinner. I've tried making biscuits twice in my 69 yrs and they turned out so hard you could break windows with them ! ❤ dear Brenda my mother and my grandmother made fried pies also but they just made theirs in a big flat iron skillet and flip them over but after I'm on the way you do have you ever tried pineapple fried pies just take a can of pineapple with its juice the little sugar in it and heated up put some cornstarch to let it thicken and then let it cool and like you're fried pies you could make the mixture the night before so to be cold in refrigerator the next morning when you make your fried pies they are wonderful I love them better than to do apple or cherry I use the crushed pineapple to make it juice and I love to watch you you are such a wonderful blessing to me I believe God put you on this Earth just to make everyone happy your ally Angel to me love Debbie from Tennessee

My Mother use to stir cocoa and sugar together and put a spoon full on the fried pie dough like you are doing the blueberries. The heat melts the coca and sugar. We always enjoyed them so MUCH!
