麵團成團後 加入牛油
第一次發酵 約1小時
取出排氣
滾圓
麵團休息15分鐘
造型(1)
塗上牛油加上餡料
之後放雪櫃30分鐘
造型(2)
放入模具
第二次發酵 約1小時
焗爐預熱180度 焗35分

Butter 20g
Fillings:
bacon, cheese shreds
(Saute the bacon until fragrant and set aside)
Dough:
Mix all ingredients (except butter)
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
After the dough forms, add butter
The first fermentation takes about 1 hour
Take out the exhaust
