    @@user-xt2hy6ke7s 您好,烤箱大小功率不同,您可以選擇180°C到200°C之間預熱,如果功率大火力猛,可以180°C預熱。 如果烤箱功率比較小、火力比較綿、且烤箱容量比較小可以200°C預熱。因為預熱完成後打開烤箱放入麵包的瞬間,烤箱小很容易溫度快速往下掉,所以提高預熱溫度,在放入麵包後及時調回180°C(如果烤箱大就不容易出現這樣問題。)

    您好,这个面包我放凉后就放入冰箱冷冻保存了,没有室温保存看结果。 😀谈到家庭自制面包变硬的问题, 面包做好以后,主要决定变硬的因素有以下几个: 1⃣️面包食谱中,高含糖量、含油量。高含糖量、含油量能够保持面包柔软。 商业面包房含糖量常常20%左右。而我们自家做面包一般就是10%左右的含糖量。 2⃣️商业面包基本都添加面包改良剂之类化学品来帮助面包防腐、保湿、并增大体积。 3⃣️面包烤好后,无可避免的,有淀粉自然老化过程。 🔺🔺家庭面包需要保持面包柔软新鲜,可以通过冷冻面包(面包放凉后当天不吃的冷冻)来保存新鲜,并注意密封防止风干。 需要吃的时候您可以喷水复烤十分钟左右,或着盖盖子微波炉加热30秒到1分钟左右,也可以蒸一下,面包马上复原柔软了。 感谢您来到我的频道!非常高兴看到您的评论与喜爱!期待以后能与您分享更多美味的食谱!
