It makes sense though. Minho and Kitty didn’t *actually* hate each other. They didn’t really have a reason to? It just seemed like fun banter between two people who find each other annoying. If anything, they helped each other as seen in that episode. On the other hand, Yuri stole Kitty’s mom’s necklace, didn’t let Dae tell Kitty they were fake dating (hurting her in the process). She didn’t even try to save her from fire on the stage lmao. How mad can you be at someone to just run off the stage and not try helping them? It’s just weird how Kitty caught feelings for a girl who she just hated a while ago because of all these instances. I’m all for Kitty and Yuri dating but the writing would have been wayyy better.

The way I feel about Kitty/Min Ho vs Kitty/Yuri is the perfect encapsulation of the bi experience, wanting to only like girls, but then a stupid cute boy reminds you that you're bi. When I saw the Kitty and Yuri stuff happening I was like, they're the obvious OTP and then Min Ho had to go and ruin that for me. Anyways, I don't think I mind either way who Kitty's endgame is, but I'd like to see both relationships play out at some point in the show. I think where I'm at now is I'd like to see Kitty and Min Ho get close over the break and then start dating, that way Juliana and Yuri can also have their moment and then at some point both of those relationships meet their natural conclusion and Kitty and Yuri get together.....OR Kitty/Yuri/Juliana throuple, but I feel like Netflix would cancel the show midseason if they tried to do that lmao 😂😂

Honestly I did enjoy this show but my big pet peeve is that our main protag has like 1 friend she is not romantically involved with. Like damn, this girl is supposed to be a social butterfly GET HER SOME FRIENDS stat. But honestly it's a minor flaw that I think can be easily fixed in the next season. It would be super realistic considering it's an actual thing that gays attract each other unconsciously (as friends i mean) (and same with other minorities like all my close friends are ace, gender queer and neurodivergent like me lmaoooo) I knew the show had a mlm couple before watching (that's why i started it actually, didn't even know there was lesbians) so before florian was introduced i thought it was maybe Q and Minho. Dae kinda gives off the same energy as my friend who's super vanilla, a bit dumb and thought he was straight but was suspiciously into very masc girls. So it also wouldn't surprise me that much if he turned out bi hehe

When I first watched the show I didn’t know there were sapphic moments and I was honestly so excited. Minho and Q are arguably my favorite characters and I’m so happy you watched this show! It was silly but a pretty honest and fun portrayal of being a teen.

Dae really needs to focus on his friends and maybe getting some rizz for sure next season. Also I agree, I do love Yuri and Kitty and I love the potential but I also would hate so much to see Julianna be tosed aside in order for them to get together, specially cuz we saw Yuri to care for Kitty in a platonic way very confident to have a healthy friendship with another girl in which she could be open ab her sexuality without prejudice or tension. The only reason why I don't ship Yuri with Kitty is because I just really like her with Juliana. The whole forbidden romance to acceptance at the end. Plus minho was the only one the whole season to call her Covey, which I think is really cute because of the parallels to Laura jeans relationship

I love her with both Min Ho and Yuri, but what I think is going to happen is that Kitty will let herself be with Min Ho for s2 and Yuri will start to grow feelings for Kitty while Kitty tries to get over her feelings for Yuri and they'll eventually end up together but not until they've made a huge mess of things

im sapphic myself, but i actually want minho to be endgame because he was always there for her, supressing feelings for her and being helpful BUTTTT the fact that the straight side of the internet completely disregards kitty x yuri COMPLETELy. its CRAZY. ive seen whole posts where the comments are debating over DAE and minho, no mention of yuri. that alone makes me want to abandon the minho ship and be all for yuri x kitty bc the straights dont even see the wlw relationship/feelings as legit and meant for longevity!!!! my dream future seasons would be kitty deals with her feelings for yuri (have no idea what theyre gonna do with juliana), ends up wiith minho at the end, BUT the sapphic stuff happens with major falshbacks to kittys mom and yuris mom. there was def a bisexual love triangle there. like the pinned comment says, it still doesn't make sense why yuris mom would be super avoidant and bitter about her friend?ship with kittys mom. i think yuris mom liked kittys mom, but kittys mom ended up chosing this "simon" (or maybe simon is code for jina) and then yuris mom is jealous, uses prof lee as a rebound but actaully develops feelings for him (like a true chaotic bisexual) plus having kittys mom and yuris mom both be bi but like each other is so cute and i want to see more bi girls liking each other and dating

I do love that all of Kitty’s love interests are Asian/poc but not only that, Yuri’s gf is a black girl. I was truly surprised at how they actually had poc/interracial love rather than an interracial relationship with only white people

Maybe I'm just gay, but when a scene forces mxw I feel bored but if it's wxw I don't mind and I even giggle. Or maybe it's because we don't get that much representation that we eat all sapphic scenes no matter how corny they can be

"I've always loved you" just feels so meh. It gives off hard love at first sight vibes. Where's the slow buildup of characters being friends through it all and then over time realizing that they love the other person? Was this just a PSA for me saying that slowburn friends to lovers hits way harder than characters implying that they've loved each other since the first time they saw each other? Yes. And I'm tired of pretending that it's not.

i love the Asian bisexual representation and i see cindy is excited too

For me it goes Yuri > Dae > Min Ho I think she and Yuri should end up together, but Dae is sweet, and I’m honestly sick of the “asshole with a heart of gold” male love interests 🤢 like I don’t find Min Ho endearing, I just find him annoying 😂

i 100% got straight-baited by the trailer and def wasn't expecting kitty to have a bisexual awakening in this show, but i was pleasantly surprised by the sapphic elements they included.

I think they really went for the Kdrama aesthetics, which explains everyone's polished looks and flimsy writing. Also loved the Sapphic stuff more too lol😅

Praying for Minho and Yuri as Kitty's main love interests in S2 with Minho as endgame 🙏. Also I appreciate that someone finally ships Kitty with Yuri, because I honestly didn't understand all the complaints of this pairing being rushed in for representation when Kitty literally fell for Yuri the same episode that Minho fell for Kitty 🤷‍♀

Both are good contenders, it's hard to decide

So far Minho is the strongest contender in my opinion. At least they shared some serious stuff with each other and also had some genuine fun. I would be okay with the sapphic romance but I need some serious heart eyes from BOTH of them bc so far it was pretty one sided (only Kitty lusting after Yuri, not so much the other way around).

If Yuri wasn't already with Juliana I would ship Kitty and Yuri more. Yuri and Juliana had to go through so much to be together and they are so cute together, I don't want them broken up. I do want to see Kitty explore her sexuality more and hopefully we get that in season 2 but I feel like she will end up with Minho which I ship. He actually does care about her and can have an honest conversation with her too. I feel like Minho was also so fed up with Dae lying to him and Kitty that he just said forget that she's my friends ex, I'm going for it. I didn't care for him much at first but as it turns out he's loyal and straightforward which I love.
