XJ LS SWAP... How to fit 40s on a XJ

This week we worked on the Jeep. Ran into some issues with the transfer case but still moved forward with chassis reinforcements, stretch the wheel wells to fit the massive 40s, and coated the Jeep with bedliner.

What did you use to strip under coating?
If you do not mind me asking....what motor mounts did yall use? Novak is good but I wold like something with a little more rubber in the mount. Thanks in advance.
That upper control arm bolt at the axle looks a bit tiny
What year is your XJ ? My 1990 XJ looks similar.
