Cherokee XJ One Ton Swap - Installing the Superduty Dana 60

Part 3 of the Cherokee Resurrection Series! (Check out parts 1 and 2 in this playlist to get caught up!) In this video we are building a truss from scratch for the 2003 Dana 60 as well as building upper and lower control arm mounts. We have a lot to get done to this Cherokee to get it ready for the 2024 wheeling season!

    Yeah, make a video on how to make a good CNC file, the shop up the road charges $1700 for that. They will cut for cheap though.

    Should’ve cut off the lip of the frame before cutting could’ve had more clearance around
