キューバ大使館 に教わった夏にぴったりなスープ「アヒアコ」
これから旬を迎えるとうもろこし、野菜と豚肉を煮込みシンプルに塩とレモンのみで味付けする素材の旨味を活かしたスープです。
材料 (4人分)
豚肉 400g ※鶏肉でもOK
里芋 250g (下ゆでしたもの)
サツマイモ 250g
ジャガイモ 200g
カボチャ 200g
トウモロコシ 2本
調理用バナナ 2本 (甘くないプラタノという種類)
玉ねぎ 1個
にんにく 5片
レモン汁 お好みで
塩 適量
植物油 大さじ2
水 1.2リットル
Ingredients (for 4)
Pork 400g *Chicken is also OK
Taro 250g (pre-boiled)
Sweet potato 250g
Potato 200g
Pumpkin 200g
2 corn
2 cooking bananas (unsweetened platano variety)
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
Lemon as desired
salt as desired
2 tablespoons of oil
1.2 liters of water
