香茅焖猪肉,软烂入味,又香又下饭,超级的好吃,做法一点也不难
材料:500克五花肉,10个红葱头,3个香茅,2个红椒,3个香菜根,2个小米椒,1把香菜
1)五花肉切成小块
2)红葱头对半切开,香茅和辣椒切成小块,小米椒切成圈,香菜切成小段
3)热锅倒入少许油,一个一个的放入五花肉,用中火慢煎,煎至两面微焦
4)锅中留下少许油,放入香茅、红葱头、红椒、香菜根爆香,放入煎好的五花肉,加入两勺蚝油,两勺酱油,两勺鱼露,翻炒均匀,加入500毫升清水,开大火煮开,盖上盖子焖一个小时
5)焖至酱汁浓稠,放入小米椒和香菜,快速的翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦
