做焦糖洋蔥唔可以用中大火, 會好快燶架🤢要全程用中細火炒, 炒到乾就加水, 如果想加快焦糖化, 亦可以加少少糖炒, 做焦糖洋葱好需要耐性同時間😉

鴨肝/鵝肝唔會痴底, 因為本身已經好多油分, 上粉可以令煎完嘅鴨肝/鵝肝有一層脆皮, 可以做到外脆內軟嘅口感😉
