虾米茄子美味又下饭！🍆嫩滑爽口，非常好吃😋
材料：2根茄子、30克虾米、蒜末、小米辣椒
调味料：3勺番茄酱、1勺辣椒酱、1勺生抽、少许清水
做法：
1）茄子洗干净，切段切块，泡清水加1勺盐，捞起来抹干水分
2）热油，将茄子炸软捞起备用
3）锅留底油，爆香虾米、小米椒&蒜末，加入茄子以及3勺番茄酱、1勺辣椒酱、1勺生抽、少许清水翻炒均匀
4）就可以出锅开吃啦‼️
