21:53 I was in bed with my cat sleeping curled up next to me with her head on my chest, and you pop off and say this. I laughed, and now she's awake and giving me the death stare. Edit: I remember watching that last video. They actually cut the radio off to that specific squad car so he couldnt hear what they were saying. They also ended up parking those cars on the side in order to get them off the road, knowing he was coming. Thank goodness that trailer bed was there. There was like a few cars behind him. Otherwise....yeah. Guy was very stupid. You can hear him screaming in pain in the actual video when they're trying to pull him out, which was slightly difficult, of course.

one thing i could imagine is that since airports have carparks that people leave their vehicles at while they are away, could make good targets with delayed theft reports since the owner has no idea it has happened until they come back

I worked at a law firm for 6 months as a paralegal in training. When Xeems started talking about the courts and the law, he is 100% correct. These lawyers, paralegals and judges all sit on their fucking ass and get absolutely nothing done. I watched it happen every day for 6 months until I couldn't take it anymore. I left because I did not want to be a part of that broken, piece of shit system anymore. I actively tried at that job, trying to get in contact with banks and courts on the same day I was handed papers and they took WEEKS to respond to me. You have to go through so many people and channels that it doesn't matter if YOU are fast, everyone else just doesn't give a shit. I will never work for lawyers again. Edit: Also if you ever get in trouble with the law, you HAVE to demand clarification and answers. They will never tell you anything except what they're expected to tell you. Fine print? Won't mention a word of it.

Hearing your story pisses me off. How does a cop like that not get punished, so many flaws with our system. You do not "make a mistake" about claiming someone stole their parent's car. I will never understand the reason cops are given quotas. Such a large spectrum between good cops and bad cops. That said this video just shows how damn delusion people can be. You are pretty much guaranteed jail time if you run so you better already be guaranteed that to try. What you are seeing here is the standard fight or flight response. People under extreme stress dont always act reasonably, and running from what they percieve to be danger is instinctual.

United States citizens and political science major here. In the US states are like mini countries that all have to follow federal law but states have a LOT of power. Around 20 states have banned police quotas and if you’re in a major city with heavy oversight by the public they are often not allowed. We also have we strong negative rights in the us meaning that the government is heavily restricting from interfering with our lives as long as we aren’t breaking laws. I could go up to a police officer call his mom a pig and he couldn’t put a finger on me. In the US even if the police KNOW that you are committing a crime but have no probable cause to search you and they arrest you, they can’t use a single piece of evidence collected during that search because every search, seizure, and arrest must have probable cause. A good example is covering your alcohol with a paper bag in public, everyone knows you are breaking the law but you can say it’s just water in the bag and the police can’t do shit because they have no reason to believe it’s alcohol. But if you start acting drunk and spill alcohol everywhere they can act on that. So if a cop who has a quota arrests you for no reason they will likely not get off easy. There are however plenty of examples especially in small towns where police are able to find work arounds. For example in Xeno’s example he didn’t have to show if the license and registration, if the cop didn’t have just cause and he wasn’t speeding Xeno was legally able to tell him no, but most people don’t realize this and if you volunteer information it’s legal to use.Police quotas do exist but they aren’t popular with citizens and police officers. If you take one thing from this message it should be that American law enforcement is not a single agency, every city has their own rules and regulations and police quotas are becoming less and less common. To say that in the US we have police quotas isn’t really accurate, it’s more like in the US there can be police quotas. I love criticizing my country but I also defend it when I think it’s being unfairly presented. 👍

Hi Xeemo, is there any chance that you would be able to inform people and other KZreadrs about how many people are not able to play the game/resub because of the payment processor changes and how Visa Debit cards aren't working? If you do even the tiniest amount of research you'd see countless posts on Reddit, the forums, and Twitter about how select cards are no longer functional. Square Enix has been ignoring everything about it. Unsubbed users can't even post on the forums if you're 2+ weeks unsubscribed, making Square not aware of what they've done. I pray you'll see this and hopefully get Squares/other KZreadrs attention on this.
