Before getting into kpop I was really into bands like this so when Xdinary heros debuted I was excited! Suffice to say I was not disappointed they kill it every time!!

They did a cover of EXO - Love Me Right, DAY6 - Zombie, and (G)I-DLE - Tomboy too! 😭🤍 And yes, Junhan (Main Guitar) is amazing.

I am in Seoul for study abroad, and I was lucky enough to be able to go to their 1st fanmeeting, and I can ABSOLUTELY confirm what Caitlin says at 6:00; they are a group you have to see live!!! Their live performances in-person are absolutely unbelievable!! I can't stop rewatching my videos from it (especially Good Enough my gosh)

hello Caitlin! I hope that this little information can help. So, prior to them being trainees 4 out of 6 members already have a background in bands. I will start first in Gunil (drummer) because if I remember correctly he have the most experience of them all. He studied and got scholarship Berklee College of Music as a Drum major. Prior to that he also plays guitar in their church and according to him he can play other various instruments but focused on drums. Second is Junhan (lead guitarist) plays in a school band before and trained in some sort of guitar/music academy for years. His guitar teacher before even complimented his skills, saying that Junhan can even surpass his skills as their teacher Gaon (rhythm guitarist/vocal/rapper/frontman) is in a co-ed band in his highschool days. like Junhan, he was in a guitar academy but not too long and only learn the basics (barre chords etc) and mostly learn to play guitar by the help of his senior band mates. Jooyeon (bassist/main vocal) was also a member of his highschool band but he plays the guitar. Upon joining JYPe they told him to learn the bass and that's the only time he plays the bass which is he's already killing it. Lastly, Jungsu (keyboardist/main vocal) and Ode (synth/vocal/rapper) are both idol trainees at first and don't have any background in bands. Jungsu knows how to play the piano since he's a child but stopped playing it for years until he was told that he will be a part of a band instead of an idol group. Ode on the other hand doesn't play any instruments as he was a cross ski athlete before joining jype. He only learn how to play the keyboard and synth when he was told that he need to learn how to play it because he will debut with a band. ofc he's shocked and maybe felt betrayed at first but according to him, he learns how to love bands when he listened to Day6's songs and watch them perform. Since then he became eager to do better on the instruments he is playing and was happy and contented to debut with the guys.

I can't seem to shut my mouth whenever someone reacts to XH's songs and appreciate these masterpieces. This band deserves more because they are soooo freakin talented. I can't believe they play their instruments like crazy. they playing and singing and rapping like their rent is due.

all of their covers are so good like ??? i really wish they'd go back to posting covers more often (but in their first concert (overture if you want to check it out wink wink) they played not only ALL of their songs at the time but also all of their covers live LIVE + they added ghost of you by 5sos too + they have little duo stages ((p sure the songs are stay by justin bieber, butter by bts and an INSANE instrumental track i can't remember the name of)) they're very different on and off stage lmao jooyeon fools everyone every time
