CoD devs prioritize micro-transactions. Constantly pumping out skins and blueprints for the CoD store, but taking forever to fix actual issues in the base game. And this is for a PAID game. Warzone always gets the majority of attention from the devs, while the players that PAID for the multiplayer content get drips of recycled content. I'm grateful for Mark Ruben and the XDefiant team for showing the industry what you get when you listen to and take care of your community. I hope XDefiant takes a big chunk out of the CoD player base.

All i want is these competitors like the finals, xdefiant and another shooter coming out called delta force to do well. I dont want cod to die, i want their management and hire ups to go and get replaced with ones who are passionate about the series and fans. Prime cod, halo, gears of war and uncharted is my favorite multiplayer experiences ever. There will never be such a thing as a perfect game but we can always improve.

COD is Rigged, XDefiant is NOT. That's the major difference. They can call Xdefiant clunky and all these names, cryin like lil babies, but aint no way they comparing rigged gameplay to legit gameplay.

Not only with the red dots but also with the compass, red dots at the top of the screen, fog of War, loot boxes, the pick 10 system.. I could go on there's plenty of things we didn't ask them for and we complained about and they ignore us and tell us we're wrong.

It's preseason too. This is the time they fix and adjust if things don't go well it's expected plus a free game ..

Dev wise listening to the community and making changes pretty quick, xdefiant wins. I still think call of duty plays better and is still more enjoyable. I just don't like the little power ups and it looks cartoony to me still, even tho cod skins some are just laughable... It's fun for sure, just not my cup of tea. Just wish cod would somewhat optimize their game, like maybe once or twice..

The issue with the propane from yesterday was because they were playing on a different patch, because there currently is a bug with the current patch. Yes that issue should have been fixxed ASAP, but that's why the propane bug happened, because they are playing on a prefix patch. Xdefiant is a great game and I hope they keep up all this good work. Let me finish this with currently I think Xdefiant is the superior game by leaps and bounds.

Xdefiant is also the only legitimate FPS out of the two. No rigged/manipulated gameplay and outcomes. In Xdefiant you play who you get and you perform the way you perform! Fantastic.

One thing I don’t get is that you’re talking bad about the cod devs. Those devs don’t really have a choice on how the game is made mainly it’s the higher ups that suck a lot. The devs that regularly work on the game are not the ones that are making the decisions. The reason why there is eomm is because the higher ups wanted that for new players so it isn’t difficult for them when they get the game. The higher ups are the problems. Please 🙏 just have more respect for the devs. It’s sad seeing them get clowned on for things they can’t control.

I don’t understand what compels them to stay at activison given all the stuff that’s happened. And their protests have had little to no effect. Both shg and Treyarch should’ve put their foot down when dealing with vanguard and Cold War.

Hope there are other camos to grind for within each mastery so you can get milestone if you will for each mastery. Like if your grinding for bronze, you get 4 camos on the way to bronze, same with silver and gold and so on

Real talk, I came across this video wanting to get more information on the update as I’ve recently gotten into the game and wanted to not be totally screwed over by the developers. I’m happy to see that they’ve made changes that the vast majority of players wanted. I’ve been playing MW3 since launch and while I still enjoy the game (when I’m not raging about my last match), I can say that there are things that I wish the developers would change but haven’t for the sake of the “greater good” they preach about. It’s still a fun game to me at least but I totally understand disgruntled players wanting to make a switch to a game with developers who will actually listen like XDefiant. I work 12 hour shifts at my job and when I come home, I just want to play something that I can turn my mind off to and sometimes MW3 doesn’t deliver that experience. Before I’m done yapping, I would like to say that this is the first video of yours that I’ve seen but that you are a great content creator even if you don’t have a massive fan base yet. I spoke out to a dev from cod mw 3 once and i was at an instant shut down about talking about the skin grinds and their sbmm eomm stuff and i gave up and left them because of their lesser intercalate that the devs from cod and battlefield and halo have

Yo. Can you speak on the red dot for xdefiant ? Us mnk players have to change our color blind settings to make the dot in our scope green to be able to able. Not bunking it. Just stating a fix would be awesome as I don’t like aiming with a green dot as I’m used to the white/blue and red reticle.

why do people say XDefiant is boring or there isn't anything to do in the game when its only in pre season. After 2 or 3 years it will have so much content and things to do, I mean look at siege that game is like 6 years old and is still so popular. call of duty always has some thing that they don't add in the game or don't fix just so they can say the next game will have the fixes and stuff that the previous one should of had it. for instance we wont have dead silence or mini map red dots so we can hype the next game with it so people will buy that, but we will still have old seasonal prestige, .then we will hype the next game with classic prestige. what is next? after black ops 6? oh mw4 will feature less sbmm but we wont have classic prestige you'll have to wait for black ops 7.

Many of us are still having hitreg issues on XD. Until that is fixed, the game is mid. CoD is just well below mid. XD currently lacks variety. All maps have a very similar design (1 middle route with 2 flank routes. Standard for CoD ad well, and many other games) XD also suffers from a multitude of head glitches that player can fire through, while you cannot. I could continue to list minor problems, but I dont think it is news to anyone at this point.

Now as for someone who plays cod on the regular ( ion gaf what yall say) xdefiant is a pretty good game and for those npc cod boys give that game a try it’s actually fun and the developers actually listen so before judging a game try it out first before saying dumb shi

I enjoy XDefiant, minus a few annoyances. My problem is that there’s not enough hours in the day to play and grind every shooter out there. Between Gears 5 as my third person shooter and MWIII, it is difficult for me to be able to add in the time to grind out games like, say Halo Infinite and XDefiant. That’s the catch-22, for me anyways.

I get absolutely shit on in X defiant, barely played anything in the last 5 years but I still have 10 times the fun I do getting shit on than I do in call of duty. I can actually come home from work and have a good time playing !

Because COD in the last 5 years has gone downhill in competent gameplay decision making and design, the slowing of pace with random doors, slowing down player speed, movement penalties, etc. Map design that now promotes slower pacing and “safe” spaces, the sbmm thing is a massive one actually, it’s free to play, and the developers don’t take ages to address and fix community feedback, and they don’t backhand their community for the sake of their “vision” that’s flawed to begin with. This is a short start imo

I’ve played both but the devs are better on Xdefiant. But in my opinion the gun play and reload animations are way better on cod but that’s just my opinion. cod just feels more realistic where Xdefiant is less realistic. In terms of popularity which I’m talking warzone not multiplayer. I find games on Xdefiant pretty quick not to quick though. On warzone I find games really quick, quicker on warzone. So I don’t think cod is dead. But Xdefiant is not a bad game but it’s not a cod killer. cod is good, but Xdefiant is okay.

I’m not going to bother with bo6 or any future cod games at all honestly I’m just done with cod in general my last cod was Cold War. Plus 300gb for bo6 fuck that I rather save that space for gta 6

It really should be a testament that you used that gun a lot. But I don't particularly care about skin griding and just play the game because I like playing it. Maybe it's because I come from Dota 2, but Dota 2 has arcanas for heroes where the base skin is very nice, but there's a second style of that skin that you can only unlock by playing, and it can take between 400-600 hours of playing that hero to unlock it. The point of it is if you see someone have that, then they actually play that hero rather than just purchased it.

I think xdefiant matchmaking is so better than cod well obviously cause cod has sbmm and xdefiant doesn’t and it’s such a good thing no sbmm and my matches been great i remember playing mw3 i do so good then next game i get punished and be put in a sweat lobby and i do bad in that lobby xdefiant I don’t even get punished for doing good ima get bo6 but just for zombies im not gon touch multiplayer ima just play zombies on bo6 cod just doesn’t want to get rid of sbmm

I agree with the Xdef devs being there for the community BUT in terms of numbers, there is no "smoking" to be found. At least on twitch the player base is abysmal in comparison to COD, no matter how shitty MW is.

I have no choice but to buy a call of duty because Xdefiant is bad lol the core of the game doesn't even work for half of us. Having sponge bullets makes the game unplayable, you're basically just there for the people with good connection to shoot and kill with three bullets, and have them think they're good at the game lmao
