NIKKE MENTIONED The character they're talking about at 2:33:39 is Syuen, CEO of Missilis - one of the big three companies that make the combat dolls that are your gacha characters. She's known in canon for being a bit of a backbiting, spoiled princess who talks a big game, throws a lot of social force around, but when push comes to shove, doesn't talk or act forwardly like others do. A bit of a coward, after all - and thus, especially with how much shit in-canon the protag (Shikikan/Commander/SKK) and Counters team (your main three NIKKEs, Rapi, Anis and Neon) have gone through, she's not well liked. Hence why her entire thing is her panicking and losing it over being actually on the field, unable to actually aim and fire - in her actual event, her actual accuracy is intentionally ludicrously abysmal. Her activatable skill is summoning the other main Missilis representatives on a walkie and sending them out to comically explode and take care of enemies. Their faces are drawn to send up Kenshiro, All Might, and DIO

Wouldn't the Earthworm Kim thing just be a joking reference to the fact that earthworms are hermaphrodites?

Maybe, but the gender is a social construct isn't really a thing in the animal kingdom.

I am terrified of the prospect od Bloober Hill 2 selling gangbusters. With the combo of the original's pedigree and people buying just to see how bad it is I wouldn't be surprised if it sold a ton. I'd be disappointed, but not surprised. Here's hoping though that thw $70 price tag will scare away the morbid curiosity buyers
