Man actually this is amazing, I'm struggling with the same issue xbox one og but mine stucks at 66% applaying and 88% owerall, and I knew it I knew it that there must be a bad nand and actually it's fixable kinda it's like on 1-st video and on this one too and subscription. Hello. amazing work! Question: I had an idea of swapping Nand on Xbox One S. I do have working board (fixed it) but no CD drive, so it wont update - will stuck on E100. The other board is probably unfixable but I have matching CD drive. I was thinking of swapping Nand from non working board onto working one, but after watching you video I'm assuming its not that simple as nand is linked as well with CPU/ GPU? Could you please advise. Many thanks.

@@Kieltec Thanks for the reply. I have already watched it. Is there a way to determine that I have good APU/CPU ? I have few boards and resistance on V_GFXCORE values between 0.8 to 1.2 ohms and V_CPUCORE values between 1.5 to 2.5 ohms… Many thanks

I have one stuck on the OSU2 update it will finish the update but it wont update after that.i have tried multiple hdd . Its like the OSU2 is getting installed incorrectly. So how much of the nand did u use after all ? when i do apu swaps i use the whole 5gb. Can you get away with 2.5gb i wonder ?

2.5 gigs but you can try from 500MB up The key here is to use a donor nand from another xbox one from the same generation meaning Fat on Fat, slim on slim, x on x and digital on digital in order for it to work
