sweet setup! The way you modified the nose has given me some good ideas on what to do with mine... I have glued mine and I am waiting for the servos and matek f405 fc to arrive

Print the front and rear kids, the battery tray if you are using big packs, the wing spar support too.👌

You did an excellent job upgrading this plane. My students would like to do what you have done to get practice 3d printing and re-engineering.

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻looks good. Now that I’ve seen all your videos and all your different planes, what’s your very best or favorite long range plane and why?

I haven't tried the new talon pro (V2) for long range yet. But a smoothened mini talon v1 is still my long range favorite, but maybe until I'm able to test the talon pro for long range flying. Hopefully within the month, of weather permits. My favorite mapping plane, on the other hand is the mfd crosswind mini, as this allows quick assembly/disassembly.

You have done a really good job with your Talon,I have the larger version and i can only hope my plane will be half as good as yours. All those 3d printed bit and pieces you should make a sell them they look great, if you ever do let me know i would pay for them and so would alot of other people.

I also have the full-sized talon 😁 flies really well too. I use it for mapping jobs and for fpv flying. I have posted a couple of videos of the big talon in my channel 😁

Nice build! I like your Dragon Link Rx antenna arrangement which allows it to fold flat against the wing for transport packing. What li-ion 21700 brand do you use?

I got it from Thingiverse, you have a lot of pitot tube mount to select from, which ever matches your pitot tube

Very clear and beautiful setup. How is your cg with 6s3p 21700 battery? My talon pro has pitching problem :(

@@windfpv sunnysky x2820 v2 800kv motor, 9x6 propeller, 6s3p 21700 sony vtc6a batteries. İt flies very good. But has pitching problem at rth and cruise mode. But not pitching at angel, acro or manual mode

Did you thought of reinforcing the area under the wing where it connects with fuselage as it's just foam. I took a flight with this craft.. it flew beautifully. But after few hard turns the wing seperated from the fuselage in the air and whole thing just came crashing to the ground.

I suppose.. but the curvy design of this craft makes it difficult. Talon and mini talon are very well reinforced. But they somehow did not do it in this model.

I have made a simple spar reinforcement, meant to be glued on the side of the fuse that joins the wing root. It provides more support. Apparently, it's for preventive action. In the case of your talon, this might not help though..but still you may want to check it out. I'll post it on Thingiverse.
