Hey my boy Marshall Newhouse! Good to hear from a former member of my Packers.
As a Bears fan, I'm curious about our center competition.
Riq Woolen as someone who "loves a tackle" and embodies the LoB more than any other Seahawk...?! I love me some Woolen, he's a ballhawk and a athletic freak, but... what?? Have you seen the boy try and tackle? Thank goodness Mina politely brought up Witherspoon afterwards.

I was thinking the same thing. Witherspoon's the closest thing we have to a player who could slot into the Legion of Boom without missing a beat.

Witherspoon on the LOB would be a PERFECT fit and man that would've been insane @@Mathieu89
Jamo has better than 4.4 speed.

Exactly what i said 😂😂😂
Why is this so important and how do this help with information about the upcoming season?
❤
Carter's production tailed off because Jordan Davis wasn't performing and Fletcher was old and so Carter got double teamed a lot more.
With Micah Parsons I think he is who he has shown himself to be in his first 3 years - a great pass rusher and a player who can chase down plays. But I don't think he is capable of becoming a truly great all-around defensive player that can play both the run and the pass exceptionally well.
Go Cardinals 🙏😎😁💪
Lenny 2024
Coleman was my pick for the Skins too & Luke was my dark horse. 🧠
Mina has that Hermione ring thing going?? Does she sleep? Marshalls a great hang!
For what it’s worth, Jameson W. swears his 40 time is in the 4.2 range - NOT 4.4 as you stated. I’m inclined to believe him. Nobody on the team questions it.
Re: Commanders choices - I love Marshall's 'hipster pick' of McCaffrey. This is a thing that locals are waking up to but hasn't become famous yet. Luke McCaffrey has been a very pleasant surprise in camp for alot of us. He's been a "pro's pro". He's joined Jayden Daniels in arriving at the facility at 5:45am every morning for extra work. He's only a few years removed from switching from QB to WR, so he's still learning his craft, but definitely has a chance to be an excellent player. Not sure how big a deal he's going to be year 1, but he's definitely a sleeper steal for this team. Per Coleman, the disrespect this guy is getting is the worst example of groupthink I've ever seen. Usually when a young OT is pigeon-holed as a guard coming out of college it's either a lack of athleticism or a lack of length. Coleman lacks neither and is in fact an excellent athlete, and former basketball player who started playing football late. Coleman had his best year in 2022 at LT, but played through a high ankle sprain last year, which is what most public draft analysts saw. He was less mobile and eventually kicked inside because his team was hurt more inside than outside. Going in protected his injury because it required less mobility. This gave people the incorrect impression that he's a better guard than tackle...when it was really the injury at work. I'm not saying he's a guaranteed starter in year 1, but as a project OT, he's an outstanding prospect.
Micah always gets pushed around like a lottle boy vs above average O lines. Especially in the playoffs
Wirfs was a top 3 LT last year, why are they talking about him like he was having a "figure it out" type year lol
REDSKINS
Dallas needs Tyler Guyton to step up since he is protecting Dak's blind side and Mazi Smith to step up because the Cowboys' biggest problem on defense has been stopping the run. Dallas needs these two players specficially to play well because there really is no one else that can capably fill in if they aren't able to. And if they can it could benefit the offense and defense tremendously. If Guyton isn't ready they may need to shuffle the o-line and move Tyler Smith out to OT which I am sure they don't want to do and aren't even considering at this point. So either Guyton or Mazi is a good pick as Dallas' X-Factor.
Riq woolen or Spoon?
Did my man say 4.4 speed with Jamo???? Uhhhhh i think Jamo jogs 4.4 😂😂😂😂😂
Yo yo yo
We NEED a lengthy Lenny appearance
Marshall, think you meant to say prodigious VS Percipience. Huge drop off vs vision, insight. But good try. Mina, you're the best female NFL sports caster. Seems others lack too much in content and can't carry a show w/o a male counterpart
The Cardinals desperately need Marvin Harrison Jr. to be their best player and be the player that can open up the offense for Kyler Murray, Trey McBride, and the rest of his teammates.
Feel like the X-factor for Washington is Jaden Daniels...

I disagree with several of your selections. Grabbing a lot of low hanging fruit. An "X-Factor" is supposed to be a somewhat afterthought. An unexpected player or at least a player that hasn't "Arrived" yet.
