Hi, really hoping you can help as I can't find any info on where the reset button is. I have the older model/ larger one that you feature in the video. I know it must have a reset, but can't find anything to show me where it is. Thank you !!!!

Michael, must I open the app on my iPhone each time I weigh myself? Or can the metrics go to the app via Wi-Fi and then I can check them later?

You don’t have to open the app each time you weigh yourself unless you want to be able to see the other measurements. If you weigh yourself multiple times, all of the measurements will sync the next time you open the app.

My original (2 yr old this month)Wyze scale stopped connecting to the app. The Bluetooth symbol no longer shows on the scale LED screen. Sooooo, now I have just a digital scale.🤔

That’s a bummer. I would have expected it to last for longer. I hope mine doesn’t have the same fate!

How does this work with multiple users? If my wife and I both had the app, how does it know which profile to update?

Yes! I don’t know what the limit is, but my wife and I both use ours and all the data is tied to our individual Wyze accounts. I think it goes off of the nearby phone and the most recent weights.
