The Billy Kopp meltdown was epic for that amount of chips at that spot in the tournament and neither player having anywhere near the nuts.
the top 3 better be Negreanu trolling Phil Helmuth

You know it will be moneymaker knocking out Ivey in 10th in 2003 and moneymaker last hand 54vsj10 against Sammy.

My brother and I still talk and quote it to this day.
20:15 The Billy Koop hand was probably the worst ICM punt of all time. A legendarily poorly played hand, so badly played that it turned itself into a value bluff that actually made Moon think about folding the best hand.
@JoeDiego

@@JoeDiego First thought I had on that was "what a terrible call by second best flush". He loses that hand most of the time. Koop couldn't have possibly thought he would get called with a worse hand.
@Joel-js2gk

Kopp was bluffing trying to get a better flush to fold. Still, an awful play considering the circumstances and that his opponent was not a pro. Very loose open to begin with, then probably should check back turn and look to call bets on brick rivers, or value bet if checked to on the river. All that being said, I cannot defend the play at all, but what I can say is I've played 2-3 day tournies where I've played 12-14 hours/day and am absolutely shattered by the end. This was on, what, Day 6? Of such a tournament, playing super long hours every day, mistakes will happen. It would be a dream for me to experience it one day but until I do I can't say how I'd feel or how I'd play in these circumstances.

5:35 - I've seen this hand many times before but never noticed (after watching future hands feat. Bellande) how many times he takes his cap off and mutters under his breath .... I genuinely think he's a great player and he deserves to be at these tables but gosh... I truly think he jinxes himself when he starts talking.

Blumstein had one of the luckiest runs in wsop main event history. He's up there with Gold, but at least Gold messed with minds
That 10-9 one was epic haha “bye bye” serves him right for being so smug on the turn
Kopp hand has to be the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. I think 12 remaining in the main event and he’s second in chips before the hand. Raises big w/ 3-5, and goes all in with a tiny flush on a paired board against the only player who can knock him out.

Go what he deserved for playing those cards.
So what are the prerequisites for this list? Is it rare hands that win get a higher seed? Is it pros vs pros? Is it pros being taken down by donks? Nits? Or is it tournament clinching hands that suck? A lot to think about compiling this list.
Never realized this but Selbst looks like Alice from the Brady Bunch
As much as Doug gets trolled you gotta give him credit for tanking and seriously considering folding aces full there.
10:37 i could not play with that guy. Tilting to look at!
Would have been interesting to see what Vanessa would have done with two red aces (baumann couldn’t have a7 suited in that case)

Can't wait to see Helmuth in the top 10.
@7:45, I remember when the turn hit that 10. Terrible card for Hesp. Blumstein doesn't like it either though because it means literally every straight draw possible could come home on the river. If Hesp is drawing dead while thinking he has the best of it, and Blumstein can't let the river come cheap due to the turn. Just a murderous scenario
