Larry Nicholas We have dozens of senses, not 5. That's an old idea from long ago that just kinda stuck around. You have a sense of temperature, vibration, pain, etc. We group them all together as "touch" but really you could lack any one of those with the rest intact. Same with "vision", it's a bunch of stuff together. Did you know that you can lack the sense of motion? Meaning that you'll only see in still images, akinetopsia.. You won't see a car coming at you...only a car far away. Few seconds later, a car closer, seconds later...even closer. You'll never see that smooth transition. That's a sense in and of itself. Also, you have a sense of "faces". What? Sounds crazy, right? But no...it's possible to not be able to perceive faces...it'll just be blurry and you can't recognize anyone...ever. prosopagnosia; Google it. ;) (I studied physiological psychology.)

***** Once again I get what you are trying to say,However you are missing the point. The FACT is a basement can be 1 or more Storeys below GRADE level. I happen to have experience doing foundation repairs from time to time, So regardless if the climates or environment allows the construction of such a basement,we have just established that there is such a thing.
