My favorite stretch to loosen up tight forearms, and help relieve elbow, wrist or hand pain!
Perform:
- A 1-minute hold
- As aggressively as you can handle
- 2-3x/day
- Until getting well past 90 degrees feels easy
- Then, "touch-up" for life!

Gonna try this. Have had a ton of hand pain especially in my thumbs ever since I had covid. It's not getting better on it's own hope this helps
