Wrestling Training - Clearing Legs by Chael Sonnen

CLEARING LEGS BY CHAEL SONNEN//
In this wrestling training video, Chael Sonnen teaches clearing legs techniques.
Chael Sonnen began his legendary MMA career on the wrestling mats in West Linn, learning how to move his body and work against opponents. From there, he graduated to the University of Oregon and became an All-American for the Ducks, before winning a University world medal and an Olympic alternate spot at the Senior level in Greco Roman. Chael’s wrestling knowledge propelled him in MMA to huge wins over world champions like Rampage Jackson, Michael Bisping, Wanderlei Silva, Brian Stann, and Shogun Rua and he has stayed active, engaged, and involved with the sport as a coach and fan the whole way. Now you can benefit from decades of experience and clear out those pesky legs with that guided help. Get to work on bottom and start getting out from any bad spot with Chael's help!
Wrestling Fanatics was started by a pair of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts, Michael Zenga and Bernardo Faria who have a passion for all things grappling.
They feel that nothing is more important than improving your Wrestling skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for Wrestling Students who don’t look at Wrestling as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

You could be the best wrestler in the world teaching technique but if you’re not able to communicate correctly none of that matter. Chael undoubtedly is a great teacher. Very good at explaining and showing the importance of every move.

4:48 Uncle Chael learned this technique when he did a home invasion on WanderIei Silva and found him in bed with the Nogueira brothers working on their ‘jiu-jitsu’.

Everyone can teach the what. Teaching the why is always the tough part and Chael kills it.

These wrestling videos are gold. Both instructional and entertaining. This is why no-one backmounted Chael in UFC. He knows his sh*t.

Big props to Austin for these videos. Its not always so simple to follow verbal cues without being told exactly what to do. In a lot of these types of videos there seems to be some miscommunications that sort of hinder the pace but these ones flow so smoothly. Props to both guys
