A huge fan of this dvd set!!! A lot of BJJ guys are scared off from wrestling because it looks like strength vs strength, but watching J'den will change a lot of minds. It's like watching the Rafa Mendes of wrestling. Just beautiful.

Nice comparison! Except J'den is a 40lbs heavier at least, it's crazy how smooth he moves!
Jesus! The complexity of this sport at the top level is crazy.
This guy is wrestling on ANOTHER level! Amazing!

There are many parallels and concepts you can integrate into wrestling from boxing.

I've noticed this, they both seem to teach the fundamentals very well. Very good at forcing agression, its funny seeing more karate/jiu jitsu centric gawk at some of these basic manuvers like their hidden knowledge.
Wow! I always admired his brilliant takedowns, this is a genius glimpse into footwork DNA
Well spoken tactician!
Beautiful to watch super hard to do....super hard to do....young mans game.

Alexis Velasquez Lmfao. You think it would take that long? I appreciate the compliment... He would pin me in half a second... You clearly don’t understand sarcasm...
