Hey guys! It obviously went to fast when I looked this episode through before publishing. To all concern viewers, I am very well aware of the fact that there is not such a thing as a Boeing 350. The Qatar plane is of course an Airbus 350 and nothing else. I hope we can all sleep better after this statement. ;-) Take care guys!

The crew are unfriendly there

Nice video! Thankyou. Went on this flight a few weeks ago. Crew was really nice. Food was good. But found seats to be uncomfortable and small, not good for sleeping. I went AMS-MEX with Aeromexico´s new 787-9, seats were huge and very comfortable. Food was ok and service ok too. They had a bar where you could serve your self to drinks, sandwiches and snacks. So if I had to choose, I would go Aeromexico.

Since I most often fly SAS to USA, I have most experience from United when connecting. I think they are pretty good most of the time. And I just love the Polaris lounges. :-)

I haven’t flown KLM 747 since 2004, actually on my first trip to Asia. It’s pretty amazing that it’s been around for 40 years and still queen of the skies.

I have about twenty deft houses because my company paid for the lowest cost business class between CPH and ORD, which always seem to be KLM. The seats look almost identical to the current Finnair business class seats, except for a few minor differences in the armrest and storage areas. Did you also find this to be the case?

It’s very similar. But it is still very different business experiences due to staff, dining and so on.

Flew the route in Nov, plane was half empty, only 5 or 6 in business. Service was fantastic.

Is it easy to look out of the window from the seat or too much of a stretch?

I liked this video very much, thank you. KLM are the best airline in Europe, I use them maybe 4 times a year to visit family in Berlin, been doing this for years. 2021 will see them move back to Asia, a market KLM serve very well. As its a long flight, I was considering booking business class, I can fly from Inverness and be in Seoul in about 17 hours. Before I used Emirates from Glasgow with a journey time around 30 hours, for sure my next ticket is KLM business class, it worth it for the flat bed and cute Dutch House.

Fantastic trip report! The meals were still delicious despite the pandemic. It's interesting to know that they use bio fuel, and I'm glad that they do.

Worlds Best Business Class? Never ever. The only strong point are their crews. But F&B are extremely poor. I found food sometimes simply inedible. And wines? Just one white and one red? And again they bought the cheapest wine from that wineery, running for 6,90 Euro in the supermarkets..i made similar experreinces on my flights..good wine makers like Perrin..but their absolutely cheapest stuff...brrrr. The Worlds Best Business Class in my own experience is Qatar. Hope you will find an opportunity to fly their QSuites. Great video!

At the time this video was recorded other airlines didn’t serve any food or at most they served an economy meal in Business Class. Most airline crew didn’t even offer any service to the passengers. All because of Covid. That’s what I say in the video. The best Business Class at that time. In normal times there are other airlines I prefer.

I have flown KLM (Business) a few times. Last AMS to ORD. I am not a fan of KLM. Mainly their catering. And, the dutch (in my view) never have a really good service mentality. If you are lucky they are good if now, you are out of luck.

So so true..one of the airlines with the worst catering. Why? They just dont invest into this. Take the wines on this flight..they run for 6,90 Euro in the supermarkets. And food i found sometimes to be inedible. But i always had great crews.

Some people wants food to be served in a china plate but me? I want it sealed, so its safe from contamination because we dont know how its prepared on the flight. Thats just me.

why is the camera pointing at the floor, I have seen only one could video review since checking out these reviews. We want a good idea and view of the space and how convenient and comfortable it is, first and foremost, and next are the meals, the service and the screen quality and size, all of the other chatter is just unnecessary.

This was during peak pandemic when most airlines where serving nothing or perhaps a sandwich in plastic when flying biz. This doesn’t apply any longer. But as I see it, relevant at that time. Thanks for watching.

Dear Bob, thanks for watching. It means a lot to me. It’s obvious you don’t read video descriptions nor are able to make conclusions. As the description says “the best business class right now”. This was during the Covid pandemic, and KLM offered this business experience at the same time that other airlines did not cater anything at all in business class and the other airline crews were still hiding in the galleys while the KLM crew offered a lovely service. And you are right about me regarding how much I fly, that is if over 100 flights (in economy, premium economy, business and first class) every year and being a top tier flyer in all 3 top alliances is the same as “not flying that much”. I guess it’s much easier being a hater, than taking the context into account.
