I started my experience at the Madrid International Airport Terminal 1. After check in I continued to the Cibeles lounge (Cibeles Sala VIP).
The seat on board the B787-800 was a disappointment, this is the oldest Business Class, and I was supposed to fly the 787-900, but was downgraded. During the flight I had tasty spanish food and mexican food,

Even though I know Aeromexico has room for improvement, in its Long haul routes is very good, so I think 16-25 is not fair

Good to see what Aeromexico looks like. I am planning this same trip in the near future. Definitely, B789 seats look a lot better. Food looks bland, nothing special… I hope it tasted better than it looked. I realized you only gave 3/5 to the crew, were they very robotic? Thanks, Markus! Keep them coming.

The crew on this flight was not very service minded and only showed up when they thought necessary. Plan for the 789, but expect it can be changed to 788. That’s what happened to me. Thanks for watching!

Aeroméxico lounges in their home city, México city are much worse than the one in this video. Overcrowded, paltry food and comfort. I've been to all 3 lounges there. I flew business from Tijuana to Mérida in 2 segments. The first was atrocious. Bad seats. People in economy would just come up and sit in first class and the fa didn't mind. 2nd segment had lie flat business. Still very meh hard product wise.

Long take off time - a heavy bird? 2+2+2 is not good then going your self. "lovely" dining card - I don´t like the screen card in Biz. The food looked OK, Haven´t heard of the champagne. Jepp I would go with AM if needed but...

Yes, heavy bird. Very full flight, and a lot of cargo MAD-MEX.
Go and fly with UNITED or SPIRIT.

Dear Robert, I do show the paper menu card. That is all that’s printed on AM flights and that’s why I also recorded the more extensive menu description that is available on the screen. Thank you for your very kind and appreciative comment of my work that you enjoy for free. 😂
