This would be great for a generational thinking family. Three generation type. The world we live in today our families need to become focus on growth without financial pressure. It takes two retired incomes and two working class families along with the grands participating in the future of generational wealth. I grew up with parents and grandparents in the same home. If we could only understand the pass ways aren't working. Families would become closer, and respect and care would lead us to have more than before. May 18, 2024

I wish I could, but this neighborhood does have a yearly HOA fee of $500. On the other hand they’re all on at least an acre.

@@Martyloveshomes The problem is that HOA usually prevents you from using that acre how you want to. There are too many nonsense rules and restrictions linked to HOAs
