WOW! Italian Fried Mushrooms vs Baked in Oven - Results are in!

The first time I had breaded and fried mushrooms I was surprised at how good they tasted. I created my own Italian version with great success. They were crispy and crunchy and I loved them! In this video I show you how to fry them in a pan, but half way through I decided to bake some just to see the difference. Both ways are delicious but there are some things you should know that I explain.
Grab your mushrooms and follow along as I guide you step by step so you can bake them in the oven, or fry them in a pan.
You can use any type of mushroom, but my go-to are standard button mushrooms cause they are economical and easy to buy at the store. This is also a great Italian appetizer for parties, and will satisfy your pickiest eaters, even vegetarians.
🟢 INGREDIENTS:
8 oz mushrooms
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (use my mix or use storebought). Mine is breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
1/8 cup Romano cheese
1/8 cup dried parsley (if making own breadcrumbs)
