Without the FMA card it could be difficult for full strike. Regular Odin might be your best bet.

At 16:11 , is it known why her Bloom ability did not do a follow-up attack to Helena? Did she resist the effect, or is Bloom followup limited to once per attack?

That’s because Kitone wasn’t able to break Helena’s 7.5k HP barrier. If the ability doesn’t deal damage then follow up attack doesn’t activate.

Oof.. Jury is still out on Fang. My initial thought is that she is just ok. Fang is more a spear team unit. Maybe she will pair well with the next ashen character, will find out next week. Kitone is at her best on a full strike team, she is not meta defining but rather she makes strike relevant again.

If I do not currently have a good AGL TMR, is she worth the TMR alone? Hate down does have situational use, but not sure tanks (saw your Dario vid and I am going for him).

40k for a TMR is too expensive. You should be able to pick up 2 free good agility TMRs from the medal shops ⬇️ Both are good options. 2k Guild medals for Xiza 7 AGI TMR 2k Friend medals for earth Kitone 5 AGI

To fight Kitone , one can use Oberon TMR.

Is Kitone a good candidate for reincarnation? Or would I be better off just pumping my W Alaya (~40 reinc) higher?

Strictly for full strike, since your Alaya is at 40x, I wouldn’t invest in her any further. You can consider getting more of her shards slowly thru hard quest. IMO, any reincarnations beyond 50x is not worth it. If you have 2P, I would invest in her first. If you don’t have 2P then put everything into Kitone.

She will be available next week. She can be exchanged with new medal reward from arena, you can get 5 per day. The medals are also going to be in the weekly rewards.

Kitone looks great, but I don't like the banner. To me it made sense when you could get a 70 cost unit on the 9-step banner for 18k free Viz. Now, if you don't use paid Viz, it costs the same to pity a 70 cost as a 100 cost. 6k paid Viz is like $90USD at normal prices. It really only makes sense for whales. Not sure if I'll be pulling.

For full strike, if you have Alaya & Perrene then Kitone will improve the team. Hate to say this, but if you don’t have full set of strike VCs, Kitone isn’t a good pickup. 2P is an overall better unit, if you are not going for the 6k paid route, spend the vis on 2P would be a better choice.

I think 6k paid is more than 100 dollars , that's expensive for a unit
