The likeness of both is spectacular JND has really out done themselves on this pairing , this is what I look for when characters are done the realism and not looking like a plastic doll or waxy figure that some companys do which is a huge turn off for me and the money they charge for them but these will be exspensive no doubt .

Those are honestly the most accurate looking statues I’ve ever seen from a company. I just hope the production pieces are just as good as these prototypes

Connery is the best headsculpt ever done. Indy is about 92-95%.

Two great looking likenesses by JND. The Sean Connery head sculpt is the strongest likeness and then Harrison Ford, what's throwing off the likeness of Harrison Ford is the eyes but it's still a good head sculpt and I would rate that a 9/10. Finally JND are getting better with their head sculpts which is about time as a lot of their statues are not up to par.

The pieces look fantastic- but I do not know where I would put it and the price is on the high end. I need to partner with a museum for these pieces

Insane! They both look great imo. The Sean Connery has me wondering what they could do with a Goldfinger era Bond. I think i would be unable to resist buying one…I hope they don’t come out with one 😂.

That would be awesome to see them tackle some of those characters.

I was completely blown away from the new Queen Studios Bale. For me he was absolutely perfect. But that Connery likeness might feels also flawless to me. Indy is very close, but something feels off. It has been since forever that I saw the movies, so I can't put my finger on where the issues are for me. But Ford indeed is very difficult to do. I do think it's strange that JND only got the license for the 3rd movie and that it's limited to Asia. So I guess that another company got the other License. Maybe SS or Queen 🤔 I do fear that the price point is going to be trough the roof. But there are many Indy collectors so this will be a must have for those collectors. This is nothing for my collection, but JND delivered no doubt about it

I believe Harrisons eyes is too sunk in, also he has more rounded cheekbones, there not so angular as they are in statue. I think his face is a little wider in real life, at least thats my take looking at it. I wonder if the company reads these comments because they might get some tips from a fan!

I am trying to get this… I really want this.. Indiana Jones barely is made. I have the sideshow Indiana Jones and Mola ram but this Jnd is close to realism as it can get!

You have to a big fan of this series to have these in your collection, not for me, but kudos for those that are.

The Sean Connery looks great 👍 but the Ford isn't quite there yet 🤔 I'm usually pretty excited about most JND studios releases, but this one isn't something that is in my collection's wheelhouse 🤷‍♂️ Not surprised by the price, I think it's in line with JND's pricing structure but considering this isn't available for (legal) distribution outside of Asia and I believe that it has an open ES (TBD by preorders) I'm not sure how well this is going to perform 🤔...I guess time will tell 🤷‍♂️

Sean Connery is spot on Indy’s face needs some work I thinks it’s the eyes or eyebrows.

I do think JND continues to push themselves to get better with each reveal.

I think they are both fantastic. People bitching about the Indy sculpt… wtf are you buying that THAT statue isn’t good enough? Lol. Complain about the price if you want, and no one can blame you for that, but this is the pinnacle of statues in 2023. I already have a Preorder with Todd!

The Connery likeness is great. Ford is pretty close. Probably the closest anyone has ever gotten, but something is still slightly off about it. Part of it might be the hat and the way it sits that's throwing it for me. Also, while I think it's a damn good Ford likeness, I'm not sure it captures Last Crusade Ford very well. He looks closer to Raiders or Temple then Last Crusade imo. I feel like Ford was a little skinnier in those movies, but seemed a little more broad in LC. Maybe had slightly more muscle mass to him. The statue looks more on the skinnier side to me.

Connery is perfect, Ford is 90% there. They keep talking about Phase 1 being complete in the video. I assume this means they will keep tweaking it.

Oh my God that looks scary good unbelievable I am in Indiana Jones fan I have seen all the movies I have the three original movies and I just this week pre-order the old man Indiana Jones 6 scale figure and this would be an excellent piece for me to have I mean they did an amazing job with Sean Connery my God it looks exactly like him not like this is top tier I mean I can understand this being a pricey piece but come on you can't just have one you have to have the both of them I can only imagine the base that is going to be on these two it is incredible I love it but boy is it scary it's like they're about to say something to you

His right eye just needs adjusted a mm or so to point slightly more head on and it should take care of the eye problem

They should have a swap out piece that Sean Connery can use his signature move the Charlemagne to remove pigeons from the ocean

For Indy, everything below the eyes is nearly perfect (the jacket looks outstanding). But...the eyes are too squinty, the eyebrows are too bushy, and the color of the eyebrows and hair looks a few shades too light. Also, if they are going to all this trouble for accuracy, Indy's Fedora hat should be made of felt, not plastic. They can make 1/3 scale steel forms and crush/shape the felt like they do with real Fedoras. It would allow people to slightly shape and weather the hats to their preference as well. Can't do that with plastic.

I want a statue. I don't want rubber. Do you think now that this is coming out more companies will get the license, maybe a 1/4 statue?

Iron Studios is coming out with their Indiana Jones statue soon. Been waiting for it to be revealed but they did get the license.

Connery looks phenomenal, but Indy is too off for me. Doesn’t really look like him at all. Hope they tweak him. Sideshows OG Indy Premium Format has a much better likeness.

Indiana Jones looks like Scott Bakula to me. Otherwise fanatastic.

JND always delivers the best prototypes. Too bad they all get downgraded when production starts... I always wondered, why not show the production to the people instead of the prototype since thats the one the people are onna get?? I never understoodd that, thats bascially a catfish. Thats why i never pre order statues, cus i always wait to see the production.

Sean Connery is incredible, Harrison Ford is not that great. I agree with you, there is a problem with the eyes.

Gotta say for the price point Indy himself is disappointing. The likeness is there somewhat but this is not Harrison Ford. His face looks off for sure I think the nose is slightly too big and his face is more oval in real life. Seems no one can ever get Indy’s face right! To this day I think the only figure that actually LOOKS like Harrison Ford is Sideshows Temple of Doom figure.

100% agree. Sean Connery looks amazing, the Eyes/Eyebrowns on Harrison Ford are horrible - total Fail.
